The Home page needs some more wording. It's way too simple. Also, I think the banner is too cluttered with pictures of each member and words on top of them. It should be of a picture of the whole band together.
Hope this helps. : ) Let me know if you need help with the Home page. I wouldn't mind writing something there. Nothing lengthy. Giant paragraphs after paragraph scare people (at least me).
Some news feed would be nice, too. I don't know if you have that, I'm new here. x)

many of you should be aware of paramore.net the official fanclub, why don't we keep updates of it and also make a facebook page promoting this... to help keep all the fans in touch through here, also contests would be fun and would keep all the members here active blaugh

And i would also recomend having a strong and active crew/vc so that when you are away the guild still continues to post and such. ^////^

Give members of the guild the opportunity to put a banner to this guild in their signature. I'm not sure if this is already available, but I can't seem to find it. It's a good way to get the name of this guild out there as well.
