Its been along time,
Since I've seen a real shine.
I cant explain now just what remain,
None of it is even the same.
So now by not knowing, I've changed by showing.
THeres less you've gain.
As though the sound in my words,
Are chalked up to be abserd.
Whisper's of a soft voice; herd!
Have you ever had a love like mine,
Once that shall last for a life time.
Can you say some one held you tight.
Brushed away your tears at night.
Please don't lie,
For I see clearly into a foggy view,
Knowing that I was the mirror looking at you.
These of my own tears have fallen' so true.
Like an endless river that shall not rest.
I have dreamt of peace yet pain contests.
It has before I could stop its flow.
The feeling of if, and whispers to grow.
I pray for the light of love that I've yet to hold.
