These are pretty simple rules that everyone in this squad should follow. Other then that, have fun and welcome to Sqaud 9.

1. In order for us to have a decent RP that everyone can enjoy, I must ask you to provide literate posts. If English is your second language then thats fine, there is a spell checker in the top right hand corner. Please, no 1337spe4k and try and keep the swapping of "you" for "u" to a minimum, a couple is fine.

2. In RP threads please keep in character. Which means don't turn it into a love story. Its a Bleach Rp Guild, so I rather see people fighting and using bankai. Rather then see two people fall in love and just talk about how they feel about each other.

3. Please write in the THIRD PERSON and in past tenses for example:

"s/he did this and that"
"s/he was doing this and that"
"s/he had been doing this and that but was now doing something else"
you get the picture.

4. No Meta-Gaming. Ie, your character is not you. They will not know the things that you know when you go to post in a thread. You may be able to read in a previous post what your opponent is thinking, however your character will not know this. The same goes for your opponents abilities. You may be able to see them in their application post, but when your character comes to fight them, he will likely be experiencing them for the first time and as such will have no prior knowledge of them.

5. No Godmodding. You control you're character, you do not control anyone elses.

"Ken lunged forward, punching Ryu square in the jaw, which broke with a sickening crack leaving Ryu to slide to the floor in a moaning heap" - IS NOT OK.

"Ken lunged forward, aiming his punch at Ryu's jaw."
(then your opponent posts)
"Ryu saw Ken start to move, and dodged the incoming punch, flexing backwards and turning it into a back flip kick."
"Ken knew this move well, and let himself fall backwards out of the reach of Ryu's feet as they swiped upwards." etc etc

As you see, each poster only controls his own character, and leaves the outcome up to the ability of the opposing RPer. On that note...

6. Concerning Battles: Battles will essentially be decided by your ability to RP. It IS possible to RP someone into a situation in which they cannot block or defend, and land a hit, at which point your fellow RPer will simply have to accept the attack and try and get back up again. Please be realistic concerning your abilities and the abilities of your opponent. If you are a fraccion fighting a captain level opponent, you WILL be outclassed by their speed and power. Their is little you can do about this except take it on the chin, unless you have an incredibly hax ability, and I will try to see to it that this does not happen.

7. You may not kill a character off unless you have the Expressed (and that capital E is there for a reason) permission from the character's owner.

8. Swearing and cursing is fine I guess, this is really more up to Dyne but it seems fine in most areas of the forums... just try not to overdo it.

9. If you have more than two people in a thread, and I should think this will happen quite alot, please try and maintain a posting order, person A first, then B, then C, then D, ABCD, ABCD etc etc. If someone doesn't post for a while (say 24 to 36 hours) then carry on as normaly to try and maintain momentum within the thread.


-Zanpakutou: Okay, i think potentially i'm going to meet alot of opposition on some of the things i say in this section... but its a) in the best interests of fairness and b) in trying to keep with the authentic feel of Bleach.

= First of all, Shikai: Please try and keep abilities to a Maximum of THREE. Yes I know that will mean alot of you cutting out lots of abilities, but seriously I can't count the number of outrageously overpowered shikai's i've seen out there. Seriously, the most in the manga is Rukia who has THREE abilties, and she's a special case cus she's like the second main character behind Ichigo (who only has ONE, along with the vast majority of those capable of shikai). Some VCs don't appear to have any... Omaeda, Hisagi for example. Most people have ONE, some have TWO, so I think its pretty generous to let people have THREE. However, thats only up to 5th Seated Officer, after that keep it at one and if your unseated you are highly unlikely to have "unlocked" your shikai.

= Bankai: mmmm, this is an interesting one, i think it all really depends on your shikai so this is down to much more personal scrutiny, but even Byakuya only has a further two "abilities" as such, although one has many different forms and strategies. Basically I think a good bankai is one that only has maybe two abilities but those abilities allow for a broad range of fighting strategies. I think TWO abilities for bankai is a fair starting point, then after that even as a Captain you can train to unlock more... I think thats fair enough.

= Other: I will assume that everybody up to the 5th Seat has shunpo, but this does not mean you're nesc. good at it. Below that you have to train to get it.
