Above is the office of the Kazekage. This is where you will find him if needed.

It was funny how fast a once bustling community can become a ghost town. There wasn't any mass killing or great rapture that you'd expect of a ninja village, as a matter a fact it was really quite simple. People just started leaving. It was only one or two at a time start, but soon they were leaving by the dozens, citizens and shinobi alike. There was not really any visible reason either. Sure there was a slight unemployment rate (which Haloran himself was a part of) and a year of heavier-than-usual sand storms didn't help matters either. But to be honest, Haloan thought it was that everyone just got bored. The great "Shinobi Way" had lost its luster, its glamorous promise of adventure and fame that drew young people by the masses. It had lost its soul, and is now just an empty shell. Hell, even the Kazekage left this hopeless place, which is why no one was yelling or trying to kill Hal for sitting in the Kazekage's old office with his feet up on the desk and a wide brim western hat pulled down over his eyes. The only reason Hal was still here was because he had nowhere else to go. Plus he could be a bit of a sentimental type, and had grown attatched to this sand and arid village.
