This will be the forum for applying for the Kage position. I will not ask for a public application, so that no one can argue about the decision, so just PM me with why you think you should become the next Kage. The length is yours to choose, but here are some key points on what to hit on:

Note that there are only 4 villages open, so choose wisely!

The deadline for this will be November 5th at Midnight, so take your time, but the eagerness to reply is something that I will take a note of!

Genji sat in a meadow, in an indian style sitting position. He had been asked to come here by some mysterious force...and it was not that of Akira. Akira would of sent him to his death....but Today Akira was not saying anything. Genji sighed and focused his minds eye to look around the area in case someone was trying anything sneaky.

To Genji's avail, he was right. 5 ninja were on their way...and they had Chakra only a swords ninja could tell. Genji quickly rose but something was weird. When he was standing straight up...his feet had become stuck. He looked down to see a males face forming from the ground. Genji sighed and quickly put his hands together in the hand signs to do Denki Hifu no Jutsu. [electric skin technique] The male yelled out but then laughed. Dont you know that earth doesn't conduct electricity the male said as he dug his hands into Genjis feet. Genji started to bleed from his legs and smiled, only saying ...dont you know...Akira likes blood Genji said with his eyes becoming fully red, which made the male let go...but it didnt matter. He was soon covered in red diamonds...and a small scream was heard and blood dripped out. Genji blinked and the diamonds came down into the ground, the blood going to Akria.

Genji then jumped back as many Kunai with paper bombs came flying in his direction. Genji slip along the ground as blood dripped from his left hand. He had to give it to these people...they were fast...And Akira was not doing a damn thing to help. If Genji died he would die as well...did that not occur to him. Genjis eyes became that of Akira and his vision became red.
Genji smelt the blood coming from his opponents...and relaized his minds eye was wrong. There was 7 Ninja in the area....and they all had sword. Genji followed the blood with his Kekki, different strands of blood coming from everyone...even his own arm.

Genji darted forward and put his hands together, doing the signs for nbikiri Seeji no Jutsu (Lightning Sage Technique). Electricity pounded trough his body and Genji became that of a mini super solder. The Electricity surged trough his body and Genji used the electricity to speed his legs up and dart around as if he was teleporting. Genji stopped and in a flash withdrew Aegis from his back. The cold steel of the Demon blade tingling in the lust for blood...but it was stopped at the clanging of another blade. Lightning entered Genjis body and he was sent flying back-wards.

YOu would think that a Kage trained in that of the lightning element would not feel alot of damage, but this...was not natural. Dark lightning like that of Genjis blade. Aegis tingled in Genjis hands, and that Gave Genji the wake up call to turn. At the last instant, Genji turned but was cut on his other arm.

Genji got up in a daze, purple lightning shocking his whole body. Blood dripped and Genjis vision was red due to that of his Kekki Genkai. You know...he killed Ginta...he must not be weak... one of the 6 outlines said infront of Genji. Genji swayed back and forth as he tried to fix his vision...but nothing was working. Ginta was kinda weak..i mean come on Mugetsu... one of the people said. Genji got onto one knee and looked up as one of the males approached him. Mugetsu...dont kill him...we need to give him the message so he can go leaf and everywhere else...we need them to know were going tto attack The male that had been talking said. SHUT UP YAMI Mugetsu yelled as he kicked Genji in the face, knocking him back. a large shock of lightning hit Genji again...telling Genji that Mugetsu was the one who used lightning.

The real you can come out now ] Mugetsu said with a sigh. The lightning clone poofed and Genji formed from the ground. He looked Mugetsu dead in his face but he only saw his blue eyes. look...go back to the cloud village or something and warn leaf...the 7...well 6 deadly swords ninja are coming to attack....and yeah it seems stupid to tell you...but honestly...no one now is of the level ready to take us on. Mugetsu said as clouds rose. Genji could tell it was cloud village jutsu...but it didnt matter...he had to deal with that of a swordsman invasion...and he knew swordsman were not spare...but of that level...who knew.

Experience: I have been a guild Captain, a Kage in the guild Naruto: True Beginnings, and have been (although on and off) been doing Naruto RPs for almost three years now.

Literacy: I'm pretty much a grammar Nazi. However, I do understand that narrative writing, especially role playing, has room for slight liberties when it comes to sentence structure.

Example:

Hanheim let a slow breath out as he peered carefully one last time into the window of the small locker room of the Hokage's guard. One of the three was the quarry he sought that would inevitably give him direct access his objective; the Hokage himself.

Hanheim envisioned the locker room that he had been analyzing carefully for the past three days with the rest of the Hokage's "grand palace". Han brought his hands together in the Bird seal and disappeared using Lightning Instantaneous. The moment Hanheim appeared in the room, he executed a Heavenly Spin Absolute jutsu. The three guardsmen, one of which being the Captain of the Guard, were thrown violently against the walls of the tiny little nook in the palace by Han's jutsu. Hanheim stopped abruptly and quickly sent a shuriken to each of the guard's skulls. Efficient and nearly silent.

Hanheim took a deep breath, sighing it out, and went over his reconnaissance in his head. 'The kage takes a walk in his private garden everyday, accompanied only by his Captain of the Guard, at approximately 3:00 PM. Said Captain freshens up in locker room at exactly 2:50 to look his best for the Hokage and leaves locker room at 2:55.' Hanheim glanced down at his watch. 2:52 PM. 'Good.' Hanheim stepped over to the Captain's dead body, crouching over him to get a good last look before using a Transformation jutsu to take on the Captain's image. Three minutes later Hanheim stood before the door to the Hokage's private garden in the perfect facade of Captain Yoko. The old Hokage, dressed in his usual white cloak approached Han with slow, meditative steps. 'Will he sense anything different? Surely a Kage should be able to smell the very essence of danger.' "Good evening Captain," the old man croaked. Hanheim nodded crisply as he had seen Yoko do and opened the door for the Hokage. The Kage walked by, humming a little tune. 'So far so good. This may just be disappointing.....Just a few more moments......'

Han walked directly behind the Hokage and mentally prepared himself for what he was about to do. As he gathered chakra in his right arm, the Hokage stopped suddenly in the dead middle of the garden. "Do what you came to do," the old man croaked, making Hanheim's eyes widen with shock and awe, "It's about time I retired, and there are many capable ninja that can and will rise to take my place. My death will only fuel the fire of my warriors, and that will seal your nation's fate, agent of the Cloud." Hanheim set his jaw, his arm bristling with chakra waiting to be released. "We'll see about that," Han murmured and grabbed the back of the Hokage's skull. A massive amount of chakra was released into the head of the Hokage, blue light shot from the old man's eyes, mouth and ears as his dying body let out a pained moan. A second later, the Hokage fell to the floor dead, his skin a sick shade of gray, his eye-sockets black and vacant. The Hokage was the third to fall victim to Hanheim's Chakra Overload Jutsu.

Not wasting any time, Hanheim formed the Bird seal and disappeared with a spark, reappearing at the top of the Hokage monument where he had done most of his surveillance with his Byakugan. 'And now for a fair-well present.' Flashing Bear and Tiger hand signs, Hanheim aimed his right palm toward the Hokage's palace, bracing the arm with his left hand, and let loose his Lightning Cannon jutsu. The huge beam of Lightning shot forward and crashed into the palace, blowing a sizable hole in the side of the building. The hole was large, and now burning a bit, but it was nothing that would jeopardize the stability of the palace. Hanheim grinned at his work, sweat streaming down his face from his recent ordeal, and retreated into the forest behind him to inform the Raikage of his success.

(Note: The Chakra Overload and Lightning Cannon jutsus are my custom jutsus.)
