Regardless of what killed you, the fact remains that you're dead. Two weeks after your death you awake in a strange place that has an odd-looking machine looming in the sky over everything. Deus Ex Machina.
You are greeted by an angel in silver armor, who tells you that you are now in Heaven, more specifically, 7th Heaven. The last two weeks have been spent processing your body so that it can function in this new world. You find that many of your powers (if you had any) are significantly weaker now and can only be used during the day. Any and all abilities that enabled flight have been stripped away.
Regardless of your alignment while alive, everyone that dies arrives in the same place. Though dead, you now have a second chance at life...or perhaps a chance at returning to your old one. It is said that within Deux Ex Machine lies the power to not only revive people, but to also tamper with time, space and other dimensions. Not even the various angels know the extent of the machine's power, only that it controls all in and out of this realm.
The DEAD from all dimensions (anime/manga and video games) have arrived in this place. Only dead characters are welcome. The living won't make it to heaven, after all.

R e s p e c t
Be respectful to everyone, especially the moderators. We accept all types of couples: Yaoi, yuri and hetero. As such, there will be no bashing of any kind allowed. If you have an issue with someone or what they say, REPORT IT TO US FIRST. We will take care of it, okay.
G e t t i n g I n
DO NOT POST YOUR PROFILES HERE. There is a separate thread made for profiles. Post them there. Once I have approved it, you may start posting.
A c t i v i t y
Please be active. If you do not post within 5 days of joining or are gone for more than 10 days without prior notice, you will receive a warning. If you don't post after that, I will assume you have quit and delete your character.
R o l e P l a y i n g
This is a semi-lit RP. Treat it as such. (We use story format here; third person, actions typed out, no t3xt talk). NO ONE LINERS. Please post at least one paragraph per post (3-5 FULL sentences). Use [[x]], {x}, (x), OOC: , etc for out of character talk. Keep profanity to a reasonable amount. No god-modding! That means no being un-hittable or invincible, or using someone else’s character without their permission. Also, please make your posts look nice. The person's name and image at the very least.
C h a r a c t e r s
For now, you may have up to THREE characters, as long as you use them all. There currently only 2 spots for Angels. All other characters must be those that are canonically dead. In other words, if your character hasn't already died in your series, don't use them here. If you want to use a live character and come up with a death story, I suggest you make it REALLY good, and you need to pm me beforehand or I may not accept it. I will make the exception for 'dead' characters like Shinigami, gods, and ghosts.
I reserve the right to add and change the rules as I please.
You will get THREE warnings, that you must respond to, before you are sent to the metaphorical hell, where you will be left to burn for anywhere between 2 weeks to forever...

They were made in 3st Heaven and have lived in 5th Heaven all their lives, only roaming the lower level in order to keep order and sometimes socialize with the dead. They are like normal people with their own personalities. They just happen to be angels. Note that doesn't mean that they can't be evil.
All angels have wings. They tend to be white or silver and may be solid or transparent. They normally wear silver armor with gold lining or white uniforms with gold lining. They are ranked in terms of age, as angels grow stronger with age (though they don't look any older)
Cherub - The youngest angels [0-100 years; look like children]
Advent - The middle angels [100-500 years; look like teens]
Magus - The oldest angels [500-1000 years; look like adults (young or middle aged)]
