So, seeing as how most of your have probably played Alterniabound by now...
In it, Karkat tells nearly everyone to not go to sleep, because he obviously saw something horrible.
Now... Karkat never woke up in Prospit, so we know that's not what he was seeing.
On the page of Homestuck that tells us what a recuperacoon is, it says this about the Sopor Slime ... "Every young troll enjoys the cozy embrace of such a vessel each night, and the relaxing ooze helps assuage the terrible visions of blood and carnage that plague the dark subconscious of your species."
Since Karkat fell asleep without the "soothing" properties of the Sopor slime, and probably(Unless I missed something) the first time he fell asleep since SGRUB began...
I suppose I'm just assuming that his dream was just something he was afraid of happening. Like him being the cause of everyone's deaths.
Or do you guys think it is more than that and I'm over thinking this?
What do you guys think about his dream?
Any ideas?

no, that actually makes sense, at first I thought that what he saw was like some sort of hell created by lord english, but that seems to be more plausible then my idea. : P and they don't have their alchemiters so they can't just make a sleeping pod using gamzee's pies : /

Well in some way it has to be a hell that Lord English created since he destroyed their dreams. Aphrodisiaddict is probably right though about the carnage and blah blah blah. Im too lazy to retype it.

Both ideas seem highly plausible, both about Lord English and about him flipping out and killing them all. There's also the fact that suddenly he knows about The Green Sun, and also suddenly roared in at John and Dave out of no where, warning them about the troll-girls and advising them to the human girls.... Something tells me it was more than just jealousy or anything. I think it's something from the dreams he saw. Like, maybe Derse and Prospit were both channels for the dream clouds, and the Trolls, without bodies or anything in either, and now IN the visions.... Or, considering that their dream bodies did DIE... Maybe the Derse/Prospit afterlife? And it's in Lord English's domain? Just a few ideas... Though, it is just before 6AM, and I'm dead tired

Thats also a possibility, Derse and prospit were only telling the players what the Older gods wanted them to know, and now that the two are gone, there isn't that buffer zone for the images, so he got a "vision overload" which I can only assume would be awful.

No wonder he was so twitchy-- HEY Is that what the gore and carnage dreams the slime was saving them from? Seeing the future? >.> Idk, so many ideas and possibilities.... WRITE FASTAR, ANDREW!!!

i think that it is simply that he saw lord english in his true form.and that it nearly killed/drove him insane

Assuming Terezi hasn't told the rest of the trolls, it might also have something to do with his blood being red, it would make sense if he ordered everyone to not sleep to keep his secret safe.
