Immediately following Arannis' trials as multiple beings, at his return to Gaia from another of the realms that he himself came to finish the work in, he finds a strange rift. Just outside the rift he finds an otherwise inverse image of himself, although strangely, female. Doubting the possibilities, but hoping nonetheless, he brings her back to Gaia, where he finds a being he has yet to recognize, though he has in fact met once before...

Eddren sat on a branch in a tree, sighing. "Finally, some peace.." He shakes his head. "Man, these were some..Revealing times, though." He grins, whistling a tune.

Arannis crashed down suddenly, his flight from open dimensional space wearying him to the bone. He set down the strange look-alike to himself and turned to look around, spotting Eddren and sighing.
"Pardon the sudden arrival... who might you be?"

Eddren looks at Aranis, his eyebrows immediately shooting up. he then jumps down. "You don't remember me?" He grins "Really?" He then looks over at the girl "Who's she? And what happened to her?"

Arannis looked to Eddren, not sure he'd even met him, though inwardly beginning to make appearances connect.
"I... can't say. Found her in trans-dimensional space, quite unconscious. I don't know what to make of this, though..."
The lady's eyes opened somewhat, her gaze coming almost immediately to Arannis.
"W-what...? Where am I?"
(In order to keep things fair, I'm not going to self-chain post beyond one set at a time.)

"Gaia...? I have seen Gaia many times in the past... And this is nothing like it, I swear... Ah, forgive me."
She stood slowly, looking to Eddren, then back to Arannis.
"I am Sinnara Desrani, Celestial mercenary... foretold Lone Peacemaker. And you are?"
Arannis nearly fell over backwards in surprise.
"Sinnara... the Lunar Sun, no? Desrani?...... Strange. I seem to have met myself, as an exact opposite..."

Eddren nods as she mentions his name. He then grins, shaking his head. "That's an odd excuse to not know me."

"Hardly as if we had a chance to speak the first time... Am I so to blame for it? I had more pressing matters on my mind."
Sinnara giggled slightly, but straightened her face suddenly.
"I still don't understand... where I came from, things were so different, and yet......"
Her face lit with surprise and realization.
"Oh. I see now. How could I be so naive? Ira will never give me the end of it..."

Eddrens eyebrows shot up "Ira..ARI!! But, I think I know what happened. Aranis there.." He gestures to the man "Has managed to somehow mess up Fate. And so, to keep in line with the prophesy, YOUR dimension was made accessible to this one, so that you might be able to mend the problems caused by Aranis' departure from Fate."

"Wait... what?! And it's 'Eri', thank you so very much, Eddren..."
Sinnara's gaze betrayed her wonder at Eddren's clear understanding of the workings of fate, but shook her head, opening her mouth to speak, but deciding against it. Instead she turned to telepathy.
~On the contrary, Arannis has strayed nothing from what I have already found in his history in comparison to my own. What puzzles me, though... is how my own set of worlds came to be in the first place. I believe that the higher planes' respective prophecies outside of the Peacemaker might have something to do with it, but I'll have to check to be sure. I don't know if Heaven itself will allow me, however, with my appearance as it is...~

"We'll leave it at that... Still, Sinnara... if fate would have things turn out differently than they have so far, then why is there such an existence?"
"Just suppose you were to fail, which I will add right now; you will not, in the long run. What would become of this series of dimensions would result in what my own home turned out to become. I know nothing of why my own turned out to be the result of my failure... or will, in any case, nor how I know this already. I will have to do some research."
