Feuer: Or, as she calls him, Papa Entei. It wasn't his idea to take in the orphaned Bulbasaur child, but it's him she feels the most connection with.
It is also her goal in life to locate his tail among all the fluff.
[On an interesting note, it was an Entei who played a papa role in the third movie. Illusion or not.]
Gabrielle: Though Feuer tends to take over care of Rosie, it was Gabi's idea to adopt her in the first place. Before this, Rosie was living in an orphanage after the person who got her egg didn't want her. She is very grateful to the two and tries her best to stay on good behavior.

Xero: Unsure about. He seems too similar to Prisca.
Pierre: Met briefly in the shop when she wandered in and he left his tail wide open. He was nice and didn't get mat at her for grabbing his tail, so he's alright in her books.
:: Doesn't Like ::
Prisca: Rosie doesn't like the Mewtwo woman. She finds her stuffy and too prissy. Though she has yet to meet her since growing to a teenager, Rosie is certain Prisca hasn't changed at all. Adults rarely did.
