XD Oh.. Well I didn't know really.. I didn't play the FO3 expansions emo But I do have NV though lol. Or can Aqua Pura be found in the game without the expansions?, if so I never saw it lol

Aqua Pura is Purified water with some weird bug were if you drink it after any random amount of time the game while say the effects have worn off even though there are no effects. So in a way Yes and No.
