Similar to favourite Pokémon. But rather your best, ideal, favourite party to battle with.
My party would be a combo of my R/G/B/Y Pokémon, mixed using Gameboy Link Cable:
1: Jolteon -Lv. 96- (Eweca)
2: Venusaur -Lv. 86- (Aria)
3: Charizard -Lv. 84- (Inferno)
4: Starmie -Lv. 89- (Filia)
5: Kadabra -Lv. 82- (Orion)
6: Graveler -Lv. 81- (Rocker)

Gosh, its been too long since I've really faced the Elite Four. Plus I never have once faced someone over Wi-Fi because, we'll I just don't. I remember along time ago, I liked to run the 3 legendary birds and Mewtwo. But now, I'm slowly creeping to the elites in the newer games, I just never get around to it. Been playing Gold/Silver again and even that's going a bit slow.

it is possible
just First get the national pokedex then go to velistone city there go down to route 214
and on the right side there will be an opening called spring path go down there hes lv seventy so make shor you have a high lv pokemon he has no weak ness right all pokemon around there are ranged fronm lv 50 to 65 sort of you need rock climb not surf some people say you do but not and rock smash you dont need it but you will get to him quicker first when you go in you go strait throu the grass repels dont work then go up after use rock climb go turn right all round the outside to evoid lots of grass rock climb down to the cave go in and go up dont stop once you pass 3 pillers you will go up one more and find giratina if you dont have rock smash when you cant make it to the next bit always go left.

first of all just post pokemon games in the games topic
second of all only ways you can get the flute is a nintendo event of a game shark code.
ps you mean real life or an emulator
