ok for the vid that I'm doing I need help with finding plaid skirts that are with in budget. It doesn't matter what color. ANYTHING will help:
fabric
Costumes
Skirts shirts ect
EVERYTHING that I'm going to be needing.
so can u please help me?

It depends on where you live, since there's different stores in different places.
I'd say try Target (if you have a Target store). I bought my plaid skirt there and used it for my rl Amu cosplay.
Also- try eBay or look up local stores?
