This is where us moderators can help you if you have any questions. So feel free to ask if you are unsure about something.
Here is some useful information for when you first start out.
Konoha: The village of leaves. This town specializes in fire techiques.
Aku: The village of darkness. This town specializes in earth techniques and are very powerful as far as brute strength. They also have the ability to controle darkness as far as ninjutsu.
Kori: The village of ice. This town is obviously skilled with ice attacks.
Mizu: The village of water. This town specializes in water and mist.
Akari: The village of light. This village specializes in air attacks and manipultation. The also have the ability to controle light as far as ninjutsu.
Each village has a rival village. They are not at war, they just choose to compete with each other. So they stay on a friendly basis. Aku and Akari are rivals and Kori and Mizu are rivals. Konoha is a neutral.

To actually be able to give out headbands would be kind of tricky, but we're going to be working on a signature that shows your rank. You will recieve a new one every time you increase your status!

A blood limit is a special ability that certain clan inherit.

Demon possesion is when a demon of some sort is put inside of you. You can have basic controle over the demons power and it will increase your chakra.

I created my own blood limit, but you dont need one, you can just be a normal person, like one of my fave charectors who is just really smart. or another who is a puppet master.

No, we actually prefure that you don't pick any blood limits or demons from Naruto. We want everything in here to be original, your own creation. So please don't use them, those are there to help you get an idea of what they are if you don't know.
Remember that if you want one you must pm either Uo or myself and give a good reason on why you should have one and all of the details about it.

Saskei14 so where do we take the tests and choose our villages we want to start in?
As for choosing a village, you can do that right now. Just pick a village you want to live in (you can see the desciptions of them in the first post in this thread) and just post you're profile in the assigned thread! Not too hard. Then you may begin to RP. But please post in the rules thread before doing anything else. Thank you and hoped that helped!

Well that wouldn't work too well since you have a blood limit that doesn't exist in the show. And well, you're only about 10 years younger then any of the main characters, so they would have to have had you when they were ten-ish. So that's not going to work.
