Sorry everyone for my absence. It's totally my fault for not coming on and checking the guild. Though I can't garentee that it won't happen again I can apologise all day and it won't get me anywhere. Also, I have made Yuni an admin without a test because I have seen her perticipation skills and I think she is doing a great job along with Shar and Ganturo. Keep it up guys! So, with that being said, let's get this guild back on track!
Alright, now I will be changing the admin's position in order to better the guild. Admins should now be able to:
1. Qaulify job aplications based on written tests. I will be making some written tests and if you get the chance I would appreciate others creating written tests as well. But be sure to send them to me to check them first!
2. Decide who should stay or not. I will decide about letting people in based on there entry application into the guild but I want admins to clean up the people that dont come on anymore.
3. Manage behavior and make sure things do not get out of hand.
Also, If it would be easier, I would like admins to associate themselves as disciplinary comitee members. I think that this will better the guild and keep it going so we can all enjoy it without too many complications. I will also be poting this in the announcements section because I will soon delete this announcement because I think that it will be better off in the announcements thread.

Alrightly Demonic Ice,
A small suggestion:1.
We delete Profiles of those banned from Balamb Garden to free up a little bit of room......basic Thread Cleaning is what I'm suggesting.
2.
We do not use Emoticons here at Balamb Garden nor do we use L33t or Slang here, Please use proper English while posting and taking part in the story.
3.
Member's it would be nice if you did a little bit of Backtrack Reading to follow the Storyline as it does get confusing just "Dropping" In.....
4.
I'm also asking that you post in the Appropriate Threads,
Example: Example Post Sammy just got onto the Train and it started moving out of the Station towards Dollet when he spotted a Injured person down the Hallway...
You would post that in the "Train" Thread not in a "Deiling City", "Timber", "Chocobo Forrest" etc Threads!!!!That's all I'm asking for!

You should either go from a Level 1 Magic Level upwards from either doing a Magic Test or Ranking in Garden Changing.

Magic Level's shouldn't be affected by the Junctioning of the GF, Magic Levels' Should be changed if Problems happen such as: Godmodding, Fighting Between Members other than RP, All forms of Member bullying...etc
Your Rank should be changed to a lower level if you are a SeeD...etc
Magic Levels' can be changed in affect of this.
Magic Levels' are a Privellige!!!!
Missuse of them and your Ranking can be serious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know it sound's Harsh...but it can keep the RP In order, Less Godmodding means less trouble.....Demonic Ice, I hope you don't mind me suggesting this.....

Well If you have any tests made I would like you to forward them to me. I have made some too so once we have them all together than people can take tests on command.

I have a Test which I made and saved as a JPEG Format......but it is harder.......only Fans would know the correct answers too it....or people who have the OST......It could be used to get a Master Level in Magic....
