come on. Some of you have to admit it IS a bit depressing. Mostly the last bunch of Tennant's episodes. Then we have almost aaaallll the season end episodes.... normaly depressing..... There's just so much death, devastation, separation, people bursting into tears..... WHY IS IT SO DEPRESSING??!!?? Just makes me think of Fiddler On The Roof. Another example of depressing-but-happy-in-a-way movies. AND WHY DID THE 8TH DOCTOR ONLY HAVE A MOVIE AND THE 9TH DOCTOR, ONLY 1 SEASON?!

I wouldn't call DW depressing - I call it sobering. Yeah, it's sad at times, but that's the way the world is. What I really like is that even when an episode is sad, it makes me really think. I like thinking.
Eight only made 1 movie because his movie was a total flop. Nine only had one season because Christopher Eccleston only agreed to film one season, even though he would have liked to do more.

are you still investagating the whole "Bloody Gir" thing? Aaaanyways, give me a list of possible episodes where Johen put him and I'll help you look for him. I kinda agree that if ut's true, Johen is evil to do that to his own creation. and mabe you are right about The Fiddler on The Roof thing
