Ivynian A Thousand Farewells Quest for Vesale Having met two gods whose domains, Lament and Forest, are so poignant to her situation, now it is time to mourn that which cannot be repaired. While Silaera may come to stand again, mighty trees and delicate flowers, those lives which come from the forest will not be restored so.
at least 2 solo post - Nissa should remember of the 3 great ones of her forest. She's a fairy, which means she must have served as a protector of the forest with a Fairy Noble and two others. The other two can either also be fairies or some other kind of sylvan Ageless. Get into who were they, how they were important to the forest and to Nissa herself. She hasn't had time to mourn, and it is when we are no longer in danger ourselves that this capacity returns. She may have lived with these others, as friend or enemy, for centuries beyond count. They are dead, no matter if the forest is newly restored. Those old plants she knew are gone, their names are now in the annals of the dead.
But for Silaera to be of itself again, like a child from a parent as it regrows and not a wholly new forest, the crest of the Noble who protected the forest with her is needed. It is a magic seed, made into some sort of jewelry. But she doesn't know the final death place of the Noble, only she and the others knew that the magic of Silaera one day greatly diminished and that companion was never found.
at least 2 joint post - Nissa had the realization that Akakios' domain seemed very limited. There are other gods out there, of greater and lesser domain. Where does Lament come from? He was young, certainly. Find out if all these gods come new born into the world and grow up, or otherwise. Also, find out who Akakios' family is.
at least 1 joint post - How frightening...the Underworld. Grief and Guardian. At least Music is a nice enough influence. But for Silaera she must get the help of this family, and with that help find a way to convince Underworld to let her speak with the dead Noble Fairy. If that soul is not in his keeping, then Nissa must work with Nergal and then Ankou to find it to speak with it.
at least 3 posts, solo or joint - Having gained council and blessings of the brothers, Nissa has to find how to return to Silaera's remains, find the Noble's body and the seed crest, and plant the seed with new magic of growth to be the beginning of the new forest. Come up with a new name derived from the old, and she should rename it along with the final tears of her mourning for what she has lost.
