Ok I dont have that many ideas for this RP. what I do know is the time frame for this RP is having a start in the year 6013 of the New-Byzantine calender (somewhere near 1.3 "years" after the events of the episode "The Doctor's Daughter." )

The opening of the story will center around a chance encounter between a time lord who has been in a single time line for many years having regenerated only twice his pilgrimage has been to learn the one thing no time lord knows. What it is like to not be a time lord and then to learn what it would be like for a non time lord to become a time lord.

To do these things after Leaving Gallifrey in a TARDIS he put the TARDIS in a stasis lock and out of sync with a time line by 5 seconds so it would be hidden from all. and after learning what he desires to learn he will find a way to return to that time and place and retrieve his TARDIS. completing the second half via the journey he embarks afterward.
