Alright, we all have that one Kata/Form/Set we just love to do. Well, which is it for you? We all know that there are certain pricinples and concepts that are meant to be conveyed in each but that doesn't have to be the reason you like it so much... Of course, I'd love to hear the underlying concepts behind the Form you select, especially if you're not listing a Kenpo Kata but rather, something from a different tradition. But hey, if you like it cause it's got a good flow, or just looks really bad @$$, I'll take that too! cool
