5/10, Kaori. Just too plain in my opinion, and the staff does not match the rest of the avie's outfit.
EDIT: Just saw your post saying your avi is a cosplay. Before I can rate I'll need to see a pic or whatnot of the character you're supposed to be. Name so I can google it?

I'd give you an 8/10, Keiko. You need some purple on your face, I think. You should see if you could find a set of eyes that are just black with a purple iris. That would match really well.
