It's a show on Adult Swim that is a satire to the old "Johnny Quest", "Scooby Do", Super Science sort of cartoons that Hanna Barbera made during the late 60s through the 80s.

Venture Bros. was one of my biggest reasons for watching Adult Swim (keyword being "was" because I didn't want to pay for cable just yet).
The Monarch is EXACTLY the sort of villain I'd want to be. 3nodding

I dunno...23 has become a bigger badass than the Monarch could ever hope to be....though he's still a henchman.

23 went toe-to-toe with Brock Samson. Of course he became badass. razz But I wasn't into the Monarch so much for badassery as just the things he says whenever he's around. Like when he kidnaps Hank and Dean, then loses Hank to Captain Rainbow (or whatever his name was). But when Dr. Venture shows up with the ransom money, Monarch kicks him in the balls and runs off with it. Classic Monarch. :3

Oh right, 21 and 24. It's been a little while since I last saw that show. Haven't seen it since... whenever last season ended, where 21 fights Brock Samson. Pretty good season, though I recall it feeling a bit weird at times.
