Tilliana was born Shana Vilixion Morre. Her dad was a cop, and her mom a teacher. They lived on the end of the upscale part of toen, next to a high crime part of town. So it was one on her favorite pasttimes, watching her father handcuff people, and read them their rights. Joey always cried over the people, saying they had their reasons. She was diagnosed with a bipolar desease after she nearly beat a fellow kindergardener to death over a stolen crayon.

She has a four year younger brother named Joesph, but Joey stuck with him. He was an odd little thing, watching his sister all the time, hardly ever leaving her side. If he was forced to leave her side, Joey would have the oddest attacks, going bug-eyed when she left, and writing on any surface he could get to. Their parents considered this a problem, and made sure the two were never too close.

They grew up gifted, reading as much as they could, and active like kids should be. Her brother was more of the people person, since her condition made it hard to interact correctly, and their roles eventually reversed, with Shana trying her hardest to stay away from people, and Joey making sure no one bugged his unstable sister.

Shana finally started interacting with people around 8th grade. Shana eventually moved into the flow of things, taking regular medication once she made friends, so she wouldn't hurt anyone. She een earned herself a nickname. When Shana was reading, she didn't laugh, she would titter. It was odd, ashe'd be reading, and then... "tehe". Her friends thought it was silly, so she became Tilly, a combination of the two words. No one had any idea that it was an actual name, short for Tilliana until the next year.

Joey had started to drift away, and made friends himelf, but with the wrong crowd. Tilliana found drugs in his room, and had to tell their parents immediately, which resulted in Joey going to the Juvinile Detention Center for two months. Tilliana hated the fact that he had to go, and her anger go the best of her. She beat up every single person in that particular crowd, getting herself suspended for the entire second semester of 10th grade.

Joey came out after his two months, and he was different. He was quieter, ruder, and more secretive. Tilliana realized Joey eventually started to show severe signs of obbsesive-possessive behavior, when she was at school, walking her to class, and threatening his friends when they watched her. The end of Senior year, she finally got her answers. Her brother had apparently worked his way up, becoming the best drug dealer, but his sister snaked him out. If they got Tilly in, they had the east side of town secured for trafficing all the drugs. She immediately ratted him out to her parents, and Joey ran away, wthout a single warning.

When Shana graduated, she had her name legally changed to Tilliana Vilixion. Not to disrespect her parents, but she didn't feel like Shana anymore, she wasn't a curiously shy girl with a bipolar disorder. Tilliana Vilixion was a loud, blunt, and small blonde woman, with a serious bipolar issue that she branded like a weapon. She went to a law enforcement college, where she was pretty good. She got out, working as a policewoman, to spend six months tracking her brother down. Once she did, she personally put her brother behind bars for two years.

She worked with the B.A.U. II later on, when she meet Evan. Her natural reaction was to hate him, but he wasn't like other men, amd she was interested, while respecting him. Both of their conditions allowed them the perfect relationship, and . Their jobs kept them from marrying, but she didn't mind, they were partners, and she got to see him.

The Queen called her to The U.K. on a case that called for infiltration and locating stolen goods. The Rozetta Case. Go figure, someone stole royal jewels, and was hiding the Princess in her own castle. It took her two years to solve the case. The jewels had made their way from England, to France, Finnland, Madrid, Spain, Austria, and all the way to a pawn shop in Italy. The princess was roatating between protectors, having maids hide her, then gardeners, and finally her tutors. There were secret rooms all throughout the casle, so it was diffucult to figure which one she'd be in. Once, Tilliana found her, the Queen gave the Princess...a royal beat down. Tilliana left, laughing and typing her reports all the way back to the states.

It was three months after the Kira Case started, but she had some idea of what was going on. Not much, but she knew the basics, that there was a notebook that that killed.
