Located deep within the back alleys of the Low Gear slums sits a building unlike the others that surround it. In contrast to the structural decay that surrounds this building, it seems quiet vibrant and new. By all means, this one building seems as though more money and wealth has been put into it then all of the slums combined. For you see, the building itself seemed to steadily rise up into the darkness that is the slums, giving off an ever present neon glow which gives it an almost...holy appearance. Almost. If one were to walk in, they would find wealth and corruption walking hand in hand in a glorious tryst. It is from this seat of greed and power that one Garagas Illim runs his little slum lord empire. Using his casino as a financial front, Garagas has been steadily expanding his territorial empire through the means of his guild, Gran Scale, named properly after his casino.
