Here's a match-up i am hoping both Greco-Roman Lore and .Hack fans alike could enjoy, together. cool
I decided that, since both Typhon and Cubia were among the biggest and baddest threats of both their respective worlds and periods, that it would be best to pit the two night terror-fueling monstrosities against one another, in a winner-take-all match-up to the death.
If you can feel free to post their full capabilities, please feel free to help me set it up. And if you also have anything to add to the match, please let me know about it, alright?

If i may be permitted to ask this, would you mind elaborating as to the how and the why Typhon would gain victory? I am not suggesting its out of the question, but i'd like to know how Typhon would win eventually.

You're half-right about what Typhon is, seeing as how that thing and Kronos are half-siblings, actually. I thought Zeus went up close and personal as he went to beat the outright $hit out of Typhon before Typhon was sealed, unless i heard wrong.

Now with that said, what about the various monsters that the likes of Cubia and Typhon each wound up unleashing upon their respective worlds? We cannot forget to take things like that into account as well, in case it comes down to outright monster army vs. monster army confrontations. Should one of us create another match-up, this time pitting the Titans loyal to Kronos against the 8 Phase Monsters? Considering that if we take The World into account, and how the 8 phase monsters were played in R:1, at least in survivability, they're equal in that as well as skill. Thrivability would vary very much on the individual beings for each group, however.

Perhaps those loyal to individual titans until further notice, then.

then i'd suggest pairing typhon with echidna because she's one of the main ones loyal to him.
