Personality:
Arashi is a free spirited woman who is particularly lax and calm almost all the time. How could someone not be relaxed when you run a hot spring? She enjoys activities that involve a lot of thinking, including battle. Although she'd prefer if you gave up, she'll fight you. Though don't completely judge her breathe-easy way of living. Arashi has dealt with a lot on her past life, making extremely lethal, and knowledgeable.
Weapons: Absolutely anything she can get her hands on.
Arashi being more of a Taijutsu Kunoichi, she is capable of using just about anything. Even so, Arashi prefers her fists and feet.

Jutsu:
Arashi is a very well rounded Kunoichi, knowing, Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, the works.
Chakra Elements;
All Elements, thanks to the assistance of the Sharingan.
Her arsenal is limited, however.
However, her primary Chakra element is Lightning
Kaminari no Ookami ( Lightning Wolf );
This attack is one that Arashi will use when in a bit of a rut. Unfortunately, she is only able to use this four times because it consumes so much of her chakra, and a good chunk of stamina.
Henkan ( Convert );
This is a technique Arashi came up with herself, where she is able to convert her stamina to chakra, and vice versa. Often used to fuel her up close and personal way of combat.
Sharingan Eye ( Copy Wheel Eye );
Arashi inherited the Sharingan Eye by chance while she was in her early teen years. She mastered several Genjutsu techniques; some of which drain every ounce of chakra after being used two or three times. Even so, this eye has a flaw. After mimicking someones jutsu, Arashi is only able to use it then and there. Unlike a normal Sharingan user, Arashi can walk off the battle field, unable to keep the jutsu in her arsenal for future use.
xxxGenjutsu;;
With the Sharingan eye comes several forms of Genjutsu. Such as tapping into the mind and torturing her opponent mentally.
xxxMangekyo Sharingan;;
Arashi is Capable of creating an interdimensional space-time warp. Depending on the capacity of whoever she is warping, Arashi can use the Mangekyo three times before being at her limit. It is very rare that Arashi will actually use this technique.
xxxTsukiyomi;;
Not yet completely mastered.
