General FAQ:

I need a recert! How do I go about getting one?
The recerting fee is 1,000g, to be sent to the mule. You can request for a recert if you have changed your username or other information. Simply post in the certing thread with the normal code, but make a note somewhere that this is a recert request. (If we have made a mistake on your cert, just point it out to us in the main thread -- no need to post in the guild, not send in a recerting fee, and we'll fix it for you.)

Why do some certs have a different colour or background?
Some certs are only available to dedicated roleplayers or through special events. In the future, we hope to release several types of backgrounds for you to choose from, but for now, different backgrounds are only for events.
