No one knows this but she is actually a spy from the government that was sent to watch these mafias and make sure they do not go overboard. The government was actually for the killing of some people to keep down the population and if it was just and almost all the cases were just when explained. Plus she knows many others that are in other mafias which is very helpful at times. She is blonde and most people do not think much of her, but do not let that fool you. She will do anything to keep her cover and almost anything to keep her spot in the mafia.
