A dark flame shoots up in the middle of the field behind Evan. The flames start to scorch the earth and the earth cracks more heat escaping into the arena. A few seconds later the flame seems to shoot down the crack in the earth and where the flame was stands a man in a black leather coat with a black hood drawn concealing the man's face. On the mans left side there is a sword sheath and on the right and left hands there are two rings. On the mans right ring finger there is a dark ring with a gold-red seed on it with an even redder eye painted inside of the seed. On the mans left middle finger there is a ring made of a silver colored metal. On the top of the ring there is an eye with a red iris and red blood flowing out of the eye.

The man looks at Evan not saying anything and just stands there as if waiting. "Maybe you should try to get Mizuki san to try to fight here. Just food for thought." The man says in a voice easily remembered by Evan after all it might have been a long time since they had seen each other to the man but to Evan it was only a few months. The man reached up with both hands the skin scarily pale and grabs the top of the hood. He moves the hood down over his red hair. The face looked like it was smooth but the eyes... they spoke of all the time that the man had been alive. They were pitch black at the moment and there was a small scar under his left eye. It was Rai.

"My newest student wishes to see us fight against us and then he is thinking of taking the 'gift' that I gave you. I want you and him to talk to each other so that you can give him a heads up on the pain that will be endured by him if he so chooses to do this. Oh and one other thing... Have you gotten to stage three yet?" Rai asks as he watches Evan waiting for the response that is sure to come.

Rai looks up at his student and then back to the man before him. "I am unsure that he knows what he is getting himself into... but well... he wants power at all cost and that is a steep slope to be climbing. I think that you would be the best thing he could use as an example of what will come..." Rai says as he turns away from Evan and walks a few steps taking him outside of Evan's immediate striking range. "So shall we begin my favorite pupil?" Rai asks softly. "And once this is done you and I need to talk... I will need your help in a matter that might interest you greatly." Rai says his hand coming to rest on the sword hilt on his left side.

Rai's black eyes flair to life as the dust cloud starts to try to hide Evan. "I can still see you." Rai says as he starts to move into the surrounding area outside of the dust cloud. Rai knew that Evan had a bad habit of using a lot of different jutsu that dirt and dust could be used for and as such was going to try to stay on guard through out this fight. Rai also starts making some hand seals as he retreats from the cloud. Something is different about Rai than last Evan had seen him. Something seemed off but what could it be...

Rai notices this is a loosing battle and stops moving. As the dust started to surround Rai something about him changed. Rai jumps into the air the cloud separating him from Evan's normal eyesight. Rai also knew that Evan would not try to use his third eye too much because of the massive amounts of Chakra that it would eat from him even using the curse seals. Rai is in the air for what seems like a long time and then a thump is heard landing on the ground around the left side of Evan.

The thump then poofs away proving that it was just a clone made by Rai. As the thump poofs though it also explodes into a firery explosion sending lava and diamonds all over the area.

From above the cloud a huge ball of fire shoots down and clears a path of the dust going directly towards Evan. The cloud that has been dispersed shows a figure with two blackened wings flapping lightly in the breeze. Rai is there with a small smile on his face. Rai smiles as the two boots go shooting past him as he moves away from them... after all Evan was his student once upon a time and since Rai likes explosions then it would only go to reason that Evan does as well. The wounds that had cut into Rai were not bleeding and he does not even seem fazed by them. Much had changed about Rai and as such he was a whole new animal.
