Leaf Destruction:
Terrible things seem to be going on within the village hidden in the leaves. Death, kidnapping, and destruction... all of these things have happened, but no one really knows why. It has been reported that there was a sighting of one of the legendary sannin. Apparently, he infiltrated the village and left destruction behind. It has yet to be determined why this has happened, but details are being gathered.
Chunnin Exams:
It's about that time again. That's right, the Chunnin exams are fast approaching. They're being held in the village hidden in the leaves this time, and registration has begun. With all of the hostile actions being made by the villages, it was pretty much impossible to not come up with a stipulation. "During the exams, it is strictly prohibited for rivaling nations to take hostile actions against others. No fighting, other than the fighting included in the exams, will be permitted. Anyone caught engaging in such activities will be forcefully punished and incarcerated." You heard it people, the leaf will be a neutral zone during the exams.
