I need to get glasses because I can't see things that are far away, and I can't read the TV or over heads or anything that is projected... D:

Glasses do not look dorky if you choose the right pair. Square-rimmed glasses are usually the best in this situation, and you can go for a neutral color (like black or grey) so you can match it up with the rest of your wardrobe.
...sorry, I just wear glasses and couldn't help but say that sweatdrop

dont worry, im sure they wont.... as some advice, try and stay away from the flashy kinds... i always use the plain and simple black frames, with some small detail on the ends.
