Hakkou



Hakkou is a lively little chibi Kitsune. He spends a lot of his time haunting nuclear facilities near the Kyoto prefecture, playing pranks on the workers there. Though he has never caused a large scale problem with a reactor to-date, he would cause one if he thought it fun. Occasionally he strays from his home in the reactor building to a nearby town, wreaking havoc on the residents there.
