♥Persɸna: It may be a surprise that Lane doesn’t make much effort with enhancing her features, but she knows that being the goddess of love, there’s no need to. When people compliment her, she normally takes it to another lever. She enjoys sweet talks and useless flirting, and for some reason, she tends to tease the gals more. For Lane, karma is a very close friend—Yumi teases Lane for being so ‘loved’ for her looks and talents yet not knowing true love itself. Because Lane is the goddess of love, she likes to think she knows where each heart goes, but most of the time she would be wrong. Deep down, Lane won’t admit that she has difficulty with her powers. In other words, her inner insecurity leads to her outer cockiness.
When Lane figures a more serious situation, she can let her soft-spoken side slip. Though she does not express big thoughts vocally, she does her best to understand how other people feel. Behind her mask of arrogance, Lane is a caring and compassionate girl—the Aphrodite she represents.

Biography:
Cairistiona's life began in Scotland, believe it or not. Her father was originally a doctor who was travelling to find new methods to cure... well... anything. During his travels, he met the love of his life in good ol' Scotland, and they lived there for years, newly and happily married. After a few more years, they had a beautiful baby girl--you guessed it, Cai. When she turned four, however, her father had to move back to Japan because of hospital matters in his assigned area of operations. This left Cai and her mother alone, though they lived on quite nicely. During her life there, she began to develop strange powers. She would see silhouettes when she was alone, and they would speak to her in a whisper. She wasn't afraid in the slightest, and believed that this was all a part of her imagination. Later on, she became suspicious, and went out to the backyard to experiment. With one word, she instantly had summoned a ghost, fully outlined! She thought she was going crazy, being that she was only about six at the time.
In the same year, Cai's father returned. It was a happy reunion, of course. On this visit, she became very attached to her father she had not known too well in the past. He was a kind man in general, and his stories of Japan intrigued her. She happily announced that she would like to go with him, but was denied at first. Her father didn't want to leave her mother alone, but her mother wanted her daughter to better know her father. Eventually, they came to this: she would, indeed, go back with her father to Japan, but would visit her mother for a week every year. Thus, this led to a small, teary good-bye, and Cai started her new life in Japan.
Surprising even herself, Cai's "powers" began to really start up when she moved into her new home. She felt as if she could feel, see, and hear the difference between her physical body and her ghost. After thinking about such a thing, she figured out what she could do with this ability--detach her spirit from her body! This resulted in many unneeded trips to the hospital, because her "real" form seemed to be in a coma when such a power was used. As her powers as Hecate were developing, Cai met a number of people whom she felt were similar to her--Arlane, Aileron, Yumi, Lala, and Shin. Since meeting, she had become friends with the bunch of them, and they were nearly inseparable. Now, Cai is fifteen, and she is more confident of her powers than ever before.
During her years in Japan, Cairistiona has become rather attached to her friends, specifically Leron. Though, she is aware of his love for Arlane, and keeps her affection to herself. She currently is still living with her father, and goes to the same school as her five companions. She doesn't know what will happen in the future, what with her powers of Hecate that no one else seems to have, but she's confident it will be somewhat... strange.
Personality:
Cairistiona is, pretty much, a tomboy, though not in all meanings of the word. She is athletic, and very skilled on her feet. She can also tend to be quite outgoing, but not as often as she is kind and joking around. She does love the outdoors, as one might have suspected, as well as doing things like camping or hiking and whatnot. Other than that, she becomes stressed very, very easily, and when she does, it's easy to see the stress meter go out the roof. Contrary to her being the Goddess of Crossroads, she's terrible at making decisions of any kind, including simple things, such as taking a math test with multiple choices. Cai is also not proud of her tendency to hold grudges, and pairing with this, her memory is excellent. She also gets a certain satisfaction from arguing.
She's quite fond of dogs, and has one of her own--Scott. Cai is also quite competitive, and hates giving up, but will if it is deemed necessary. Her academics are also not extremely good, and she absolutely loathes things that seem pointless in her view. She has always been exceptionally good with children, and can always relax when she is around them, which sometimes makes her personality change to that of a more caring and motherly nature.

Cai's mother lives in Scotland. Her name is Ailise, and she is now fourty-three.

Weapons:
Cai's first transformation weapon is a long, dark staff. It can act as a non-damaging rapier (more for defense than anything else). When she has it in hand, it increases her power by channeling her spells through it, and into the crystal on top.
She can also summon dual torches, mainly for lighting up areas, or burning objects.
Cai's Love Interests:
Cai has had a crush on Leron for many years, though she realizes he is interested in Lane. She tries to not let this fact bother her, but it's difficult sometimes, as one would expect. Though she does not know it, her feelings will soon become even more mixed, as two other boys become known to her. Kosta and Richie.

Cai's hair is a brown colour, maybe somewhere between tree-bark brown and sandy brown. Her eyes are almost the same colour as her hair, though a little lighter. Her skin is fair, and she's as tall as she needs to be at her age (about 5'7'', so she's a tiny bit taller than necessary). She's thin, as expected of an athlete, and she's proud of her nice figure, though she envies Lane just a little bit... for obvious reasons.

Biography:
Evander Drakos was always a boy of the dark. In his home, Athens (Greece), it was seldom that he tiptoed out of his shadowed room. While he was a child, his parents were concerned for him, wishing that he would become more social, or at least let them escort him to the nearest school. Evan did everything alone, unfortunately. His feelings towards even his parents seemed monotone--gray. He never saw anyone in light or dark; they were all just the same thing only in different bodies. It was no surprise that his mother and father suspected depression, and continuously pulled him away from his room to a therapist. Even then, he would say nothing, and often walk out of the room. Such actions could only lead to things even worse.
And they did. As the years scraped by, Evan did not change his opinions and now expected actions. Finally, after all they had tried, his parents gave up on him. He never admits this to himself, but his parent's drive to get him to be a better child was all he was hoping for. After they declared "Do whatever you want," he became broken, and he felt something stir inside of him. Something that he knew... he knew would highly benefit him. This guess was completely correct, he noticed, and his feet walked on out the door and into the streets of crowded Athens.
With his unexpected intelligence, he was able to enrol in a school (with a fake name, mind you), miles away from where he had previously lived. He only stayed in the educational environment for so long, however--after they studied the Greek gods and goddesses, whatever it was stirred inside him once again. Whenever someone mentioned Zeus, he had a strange compulsion to join in on the conversation, which was a desire he had never experienced before. He held back, of course, always keeping to himself. The wish to be social when such a thing was mentioned grew, though, and he eventually had enough of the stupid feeling. Evan knew he had a connection to the myths of Greece now, and so his journey to Mt. Olympus began.
It was not hazardous nor difficult, menacing nor deadly. Evan's trip was actually quite comfortable. He felt as if he was being pushed along in the right direction for once, and could not complain about his hunger or the aches in his muscles which he was supposed to be getting. It took only a few days to arrive, though he knew he somehow had not walked the full distance. Once at the foot of the mountain, a voice he had never heard before took him in. It was a deep, dark, evil voice. A voice that the male felt was like his.
Now, Evan was originally supposed to climb the mountain and receive a message. Zeus himself, the almighty Greek King of the Gods, knew of an oncoming threat which would start somewhere in Japan. Unfortunately, Zeus' father, Cronus, got to the boy's mind before he had the chance. The evil god's words manipulated Evan's mind, though the (almost) same message was given. And so, without another thought, the teenager went to Japan, ready to awaken his real father.
Personality:
Evan is, honestly, quite the character. To many people's shock, he is most certainly not depressed at all--in fact, he sometimes seems the opposite. One good word to describe him would be Casanova; this and many other traits go along with his superb acting ability. He can be conniving, deceitful, and in many cases, evil. He considers all of these negative points of himself because of his "father", Cronus. On the other side of the coin, he is capable of being friendly, though this is extremely rare for him. Even a smile without bad intentions would be strange for him. In most any situation, he'll eventually just use the "I don't care" attitude, which he knows pisses other people off like Hell. He enjoys that fact.
Underneath all of the bad, though, a tiny ember remains of what Evander Drakos could have been like as a child. Whether this ember bursts into flame or not, depends on what will happen in the future...

Evan only really has one weapon--lightning. He can change it to how he see fits, however. Once summoned, a lightning bolt can be solidified to use as a sword-type weapon. He can also keep them electrified, and use them as projectiles.

Things like love rarely cross Evan's mind. He's never really had any interests in the first place, so if he did happen to fall for someone, he would most likely not be aware of it. Not aware of it, indeed...

Evan's hair is a light brown, and is very long (though he ties most of it so it cascades down his back), while his eyes are a soft green colour. His skin is not pale, as he spends much of his time outside. Mia and Zaafer Myles: Not much is really known about them (except that Mia is British and Zaafer is Australian), but it is certain that Leron holds a grudge against them for ignoring him in cold blood for half of his life. It is also thought that Mia's usual fake sweetness is what attracts Leron to Lane's lovable characteristics, but Leron never touches that subject.
Mana Myles: Leron's younger brother, who is normally forced to dress up as feminine as humanly possible half of the time, and is also rarely talked about by Leron. Mana is the perfect child, his docility and timidness helping his status, and Leron despises him. Again, Mana and his parents are rarely in the picture for Leron, and he tends to block them out for most of the time.
Deus, Zoe, and Elene Roth: Elene, who is a bit disturbed in the mind at times, is the closest thing Leron ever really had to a mother. Those two are closer than he could ever wish to be with his real mother, as well. Deus has always been Elene's little assistant in taking care of Leron, often babying him and embarrassing him. Zoe, on the other hand, is more of Leron's 'playmate', as the two tend to understand each other more than anyone else. Zoe and Deus always manage to get into Leron's problems. ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄✎ɩ`ℓℓ τεℓℓ γσυ, ъυτ ϛϛɦɦɦ, `ϲυϞ ιτ`ς α ςεϲяετ . . ! ! !ρεяςσηαℓιτγ ;; He is known as the trickster for one reason and one reason only. Leron has a sick sense of humor, making him do tasteless 'experiments' on others, normally resulting in him tricking them into giving him what he wants, and rarely regrets his decision. He likes playing games, but only those that he's certain that he will win. He has a habit of being stubborn and not wanting to believe in things that people tell him, and he will do whatever it takes to prove someone else wrong. Leron can talk pretty easily, but his carelessness normally pushes people away or makes them almost afraid of him. Leron is also very clumsy, especially with his flying, and manages to hurt himself very often.
Despite how it may seem, Leron does have a good side to him. His determination keeps him going on and loyal. Leon also likes to think things through and invent things, even if he tends to be careless where his intelligence is needed most. Leron is smart even if he doesn't show it, and he is very awkward around selected people. Leron is imaginative (and sometimes overly dramatic) and has a soft spot for music, especially that of string instruments (which he doesn't admit). And, if he manages not to scare them away, it is easy for him to make and keep friends.

ℓιϝε ςτσяγ ;; Aileron was born in a peaceful town in England in what seemed to be the most normal of situations. First child, British and Japanese mother, Australian father; he was even destined to never go to sleep hungry in his life. Mia, his mother, was easily ill after she had Leron, so he would usually take care of himself, even as an infant. Leron was very clever as a child, but very troublesome, and normally was said to be a pain by his own father Zaafer, who would flick him off of his side like a bug. Leron spent most of his time inventing and managing his own games for his own pleasure, or read and reread his favorite book, Peter Pan, for the tenth time that month. He adored the book more than anything, but his favorite part of it was the sassy ways of Tinker Bell. Being the idiot he was, he often talked about fairies to the other—less interested—boys in elementary school. Then, when he was only slightly under the age of seven, his God powers illuminated all of his being and shifted his sweet personality over, for better or for worse. To add to that, he was being even more reckless and cunning than before, especially during one time when he took flight, wearing his roller blades and a helmet, and crash-landed on his father's business' roof, causing a ruckus (as well as quite a bruise). His parents, frightened by their discovery of their son's abilities, packed up all of their stuff and headed to Japan.
Leron's mother Mia kept her son close to her all of the time during their first few months in Japan—homeschooling him as well—until she gave birth to another son. Zaafer declared this son, named Mana, more perfect, and the parents officially started ignoring Leron to tend to their baby. Leron eventually got the confidence to go outside into the streets and went to the park, where he met up with a set of mirror image fraternal twins, named Deus and Zoe, who were also speaking English. From then on the two clung to him, even if they were both two years older than him, and the three of them became the best of friends. Their mother, known as Elene Roth or Miss Roth, became the Myles' family nanny and watched over Leron more than his own parents did. At school, Leron met up with Arlane, Yumi, and Cai, (even a track-rival boy from another school, Kosta), all of which he became friends with (except for Yumi and Kosta, who he would usually argue with). Leron automatically got a crush on Lane for some reason that no one knows (not even him, surprisingly), and ever since then he has been drowning the poor girl in gifts and attention. He didn't do terribly well in school, nor terrible, but he was a bit of a handful to teachers. Leron was also claimed to be a kleptomaniac. He personally didn't give a darn.
Leron noticed Cai's crush on him, but he rarely acknowledged it. He liked Cai, but not in that way. He also would continuously pick on Shin (whether Shin deserved it or not) for the sake of self-redemption. However, Leron usually stops when Lala tells him to. He always has to choose between his two 'human' friends, Zoe and Deus, and his God friends, Lane, Cai, and the others. This has caused Zoe and Deus to become a bit rebellious towards the Gods (well, not the Gods, just Yumi, Lane, Kosta, and the others), despite Leron not knowing to what extent. Leron is also searching for a certain 'companion' that he isn't even aware of, but he has never told anyone. His goal? To prove to the world that the Gods aren't just a legend and make himself known for once...the extreme way.

βσɗγ τγρε ;; He is nothing more than slender and although he is considered to have 'long limbs' and 'a big head', he is pretty short in comparison to Deus. He is a single inch shorter than Zoe, which causes a slight rivalry, but he gets by with knowing that most of the people he hangs out with are pretty short anyway.

Elene Roth: Miss Roth was the one that found the duo. She was aware of the Gods and Goddesses, for a reason that they cease to understand, and she was the one that let them know that they belonged, and vice versa. They are very close to her, and use her almost as their best friend and therapist more than anything. Deus secretly loved Elene at first, being that she was in her early twenties when they met and he was mentally ancient yet physically a teenager (to which he changed to a child for her sake) and he also knew that no matter what, it was horrible to see her in that sense. As for Zoe, she just went with the flow of it.
Leron Myles: The twins found Leron intriguing and practically adopted him on sight. Of course, their relationships are deeper than just that. Zoe and Leron were like partners in crime, being very compatible from the start and constantly being next to each other. In a way, Deus felt betrayed—not caring for Leron that much even though he was glad to know a God—until he discovered Leron's background and his backstabbing mother. Deus came his Leron's rescue and promised that he would protect him. Zoe;; She is everything that Deus isn't. Cute in her own way yet not so smart, Zoe is the type of person that is friends with everyone and would do anything for everyone she knows. ℓιϝε ςτσяγ ;; Following the known story of old Narcy, there was a young and handsome man named Narcissus who fell in love with his own reflection after having been able to avoid it until his fifteenth year (approximately). Being born a son of a river god and a nymph, people said that he would live until a very old age if he didn't ever see himself. Nemesis, the goddess of justice, heard prayers for the girls he had rejected through his life and decided to get back at him by making an arrangement for him to fall so madly in love with his reflection that he would never leave its side. After this, Narcissus stabbed himself, and the tale concludes with the flower Narcissus growing where he died.
According to Deus, once he entered the Underworld he was sworn to pain, however, he made a promise to sacrifice half of his sight in order to prosper and still look beautiful. It was there that his eye was taken out of its socket and was replaced with a piece of green jasper that allowed him to transform into a younger more beautiful self every time he began to feel old. This could only be done once. After staring at his image for the first time since his death, a solid being became of it, who lived only to follow him along. Over time, they managed to steal power from the gods in circles, stopping at Hecate once they realized that she was their safest bet for the most unlimited amount. Eventually, the reflection learned to become its own self. By the time that the twentieth century came, they decided that it was time to start a rebellion against the Gods, pitying the "ugly" humans who hadn't any say in their appearances.
One day Deus, a boy who could barely remember his origins except for the fact that he was Narcissus and that there were truly such things as Gods, was staring at his young reflection, Zoe now named, waiting at a park. It was there that he caught sight of Elene, a young college student who thought that Deus looked cold and took him home and decided, after he told her a story that she slowly began to believe, raised the two. Deus and Zoe met Leron not long afterwards and the three became attached at the hip almost. There on, Deus and Zoe fit into regular society with a few exceptions. The first and foremost being that they knew. They knew when people were Gods or Goddesses, or even had any trace of the divine on them.
The two befriended others and went to school, acting as normal students. As Deus becomes eager to begin the rebellion, he only has to add into the equation the fact that Leron along with their friends all have connections to the Gods.

Cousin/Brother: Chiyu's cousin Sheng, known as Ikeru, is a year younger than her, goes to middle school, and lives with her family. He is fully Chinese but was born in Japan. His mother died after giving birth due to an abnormal loss of blood, and his father, Shou's brother, took care of him until he was eleven before he died from a stroke due to accumulating stress. When it came to deciding where Ikeru would live from then on, Shou and Hana offered a place at their home without hesitation since Ikeru's father was Shou's younger brother, after all. They were worried that Ikeru would be pressured if he moved to China because of the new environment, so they decided to take Chiyu, who was twelve at the time, and move to Japan. Chiyu was a caring sister and Ikeru soon fit in as one of their family. Basically, her powers are primarily used to handicap the enemy. They don’t usually injure very badly. Only the Radiant Spirit skill can cause actual injury.

✧personality: Three words that describe Chiyu best would be slow, cheerful, and weird. She tends to put great care into detail and verification, which causes her to check things over and over again for mistakes. In this sense she's also a worrier. She often checks, double-checks, and triple-checks her work, changing things here and there and writing sentences over and over again in different ways to find the best one. This is why some people complain that she works too slowly. But as a result of the checking, most of her projects and assignments receive high marks. This aspect of Chiyu's is mainly relative to schoolwork and writing. Around her friends, Chiyu is known to be really nice to everyone, and she never seriously insults or tries to hurt anyone. Her friends in her schools before Zen Gakuen often comment that they've rarely seen her upset. This is just because she doesn't especially mind anything people say or do to her. If anyone insults her, she just kind of laughs and says, "really...." She'll remember it, of course, and maybe she'll tell someone about it, but she won't let it upset her because...well, she doesn't care. She'll probably think, "why would they say that?" and ponder it for a while, but eventually she tell herself "who cares" and get on with her life. As for her weirdness, Chiyu only actually shows it around her friends. She'll be extremely talkative then, and say strange things and act, well, just weird. Such actions include skipping and twirling randomly, giving exaggerated laughs, and wondering about random things out loud. Beware, she may seem slightly mental. It's really hard to explain exactly how someone can be weird, since the unpredictable part of it is what makes it weird, so I will leave off here.
Around unfamiliar girls, and guys in general, Chiyu is usually...not loud. She may not necessarily be quiet, and she won't be completely different, but her weirdness will probably be cut in half. To hide her nervousness she may respond sarcastically and give soft laughs. In general she'll most likely just sit or stand there and smile.

»the story thus far: Chiyu was born as 林智玉, pronounced Lin Zhi Yu, in a city in north-western China. There she lived with her parents, Hana and Fei, for a happy twelve years. Chiyu had a few friends who were always by her side, and they studied, played, and just generally grew up together since they all lived in the same courtyard.
Well, that was the outline of it. When Chiyu turned nine, though, she discovered that the sunlight would follow her wherever she went. This was puzzling for little Chiyu, and she didn't really love the sun--she didn't mind it, but she preferred it when it was cool. The cold wasn't to her liking, either, though. Even on rainy days, there always seemed to be a ray of sunlight squeezing itself past the clouds to shine on her. This worried her a great deal, despite her young age, so naturally she went and told her parents. When they examined her and experimented with this little effect, they found that it was true. Suspicious, they took Chiyu to the doctor, but the doctor said that all was well with their daughter.
Eventually, after a few months, Chiyu found that as she got used to it she could control where she wanted these patches of sunlight to go. After that, other things started to happen, such as clouds drifting towards her on sunny days and the temperatures altering themselves from forecasts when she was outside. When she found out that she could control these as well, she was quite fascinated. Controlling nature, though, was no easy feat.
One day, a year later, Chiyu was shifting patches of light from her lamp for fun in her room when something strange occurred. She was just waving her hand at one moment, and the next she noticed something under the light. It was like magic. She picked it up and saw that it was a thin, sky blue strap of a bracelet, embroidered with Greek symbols that she could not understand. When she put it on, she felt a little different, though she could not describe how. All she knew was that she felt slightly more confident the next time she tried to use her powers. Form then on she began to practice, and soon she loved the daylight for she realized that it was when her powers were at their best.
A few years later, when Chiyu was twelve, she heard that her uncle, who had been living with his son in Japan, died from a stroke. The next thing she knew they were packing up and moving to Japan! Chiyu was bewildered and shocked at having to leave her life behind to go to another country, but ultimately, since she was just a child, she couldn't do anything about it. Besides, she somehow knew that it was important for them to go to Japan.
Since Chinese and Japanese were slightly similar, though, in all honesty not much, two years in Japan allowed Chiyu the ability to speak it fluently. They spoke Chinese at home for the most part, though Chiyu usually spoke Japanese with Ikeru.
A few weeks ago, Chiyu's parents decided to purchase a larger, more spacious house for the four of them, therefore they've recently moved into a grand, three-story, Victorian-styled house. The time of their moving was not really wisely chosen, so Chiyu and Ikeru are forced to transfer schools in the middle of the school year. They're hoping to adjust to their environment more fully over summer break so that they can get to know their classmates in the third semester.

✧personality: Ryouku is generally an immature teenager, though he knows, when it's serious, to take responsibility. He's immature because he holds grudges easily, and often for the most trivial things. The grudge he holds against humans as Orpheus is the perfect example. One would think, but he isn't even Orpheus, and that was some thousand years ago! Well, it matters to Ryouku. But being against the humans and therefore against the gods' actions, he is responsible. When Ryouku makes or has a plan, he will make sure that his part is done. The fact that he can even make plans says that he's also strategic. But of course, one has to be strategic if he wants to be evil without making a fool of himself. Overall, Ryouku is like a few different people rolled up into one, responding differently in various situations.

»the story thus far: Ryouku was born and raised in Japan, and is fully Japanese. Even when he was little he wasn't extremely enthusiastic about many things; mostly he just went along with whatever was happening. He wasn't a prankster, a nerd, or an athlete. Ryouku was a bit of each, and none more than the others. He still hasn't quite gotten over the impatience he's had since he was a child, though.
Growing up, Ryouku was always on excellent terms with his family. His parents had high expectations, but Ryouku was never pressured and eventually he came to wanting to achieve these expectations for himself. All in all, they were a happy family.
His father's accident was truly unfortunate, At the age of twelve, Ryouku was already old enough to understand what had happened and fell ill with grieve. Aika was a strong, straightforward and realistic woman, and thank goodness for that because with her falling apart too the family would have been ruined. But seeing her son's state, she firmly pulled herself together and tended to his needs. After a year or so, Ryouku eventually recovered.
Ryouku's family has never moved. He's known many of his classmates since he was him elementary school, but he was never close with any of them. They all play together sometimes, and other times Ryouku would stray away to do something by himself. No one has ever really minded, since they didn't especially need him for anything. After his father's death, Ryouku subconsciously wrapped himself in an inner shell that caused him to become more sarcastic and less caring to unfamiliar people. Not much changed about him, but in small instances when he refuses to lend a classmate a pencil and takes pleasure in seeing the teacher's anger at the unprepared student, others can tell that he's become different.
Despite his dislike for school, Ryouku is intelligent. Far too intelligent, in fact, to be held back a grade for missing school for a year. Even though he claims he hates it, Ryouku still tries his best in school because he doesn't want to cause his mother more worry than he already has.
He discovered that he could use music as a power at his first live performance. Ryouku had been performing a simple lullaby on the koto at the age of seven, and he had thought, it would be great if everybody fell asleep! Then I wouldn't be so afraid of making a mistake... and it happened. Because the song was a lullaby in itself, it didn't require much skill for the spell to be cast. Ryouku was awed by the mesmerizing way the audience drifted off one by one....
