Appearance: Hikaru Setsuko likes to wear clothes which are comfortable too her and which fulfills it purpose, covering everything. The girl tends to wear dresses and kimonos which occupy space in them so she can move freely and underneath them she wears pure white stockings. This is what the girl wears in her village but when in missions she wears a special suit which can absorb her excreted sweat and use it in her Ice manipulation techniques by will or sometimes she wears her mothers battle kimonos. Usually her hair is left open and she wears white gloves, when a person looks at the fairy they think she is some kind of a ghost because of the girl's dress choosing.
Hikaru has a slim built and a soft face, she has Icy blue eyes and short snow white hair. But when in Freezing form, she has pure white eyes as well her body while in normal form she has pale skin similar to that of snow.Apart from that, Hikaru is an introvert which means that she keeps everything to herself that is why people see her as the most innocent and purest gennin.

She is shy around new people that is why she likes to stay away from them, the girl can never have a direct eye contact with anyone because it makes her nervous and when she is Hikaru then twirls her locks in her fingers and blushes slightly. Surprisingly the girl is very clueless and keeps focus on things which she find important. Surprisingly, she believes in love at first sight.....

~Wind element: Dragon’s Wrath
This is the most simplest of any ninjutsu technique. After making the needed hand signs, the user inhales the oxygen needed. When exhaled wind chakra rushes out from the mouth and shapes itself into a serpent like Dragon, the Dragon is capable of having its own mindset and can follow the target until it is destroyed, dodged or fooled.
~Ice element: Changing years
Another simple jutsu, when used the user spits out water in the amount of nearing a lake, the user can control the temperature of the water and cool it when needed.
~Wind element: Wafting Feathers
This jutsu allows Hikaru to release little amount of wind chakra in the air, the air molecules can multiply the chakra of the Freezing swan and soon numerous multiplying wind chakra in form of transparent feathers would draft in the air inflicting damage on the opponent in every angle.
~Water and Wind element: Gaseous bubble
This jutsu takes a quarter of Hikaru's chakra. This jutsu is made for a full 360 degree attack, this is used for both defense and offense. Hikaru evaporates her chakra around her creating some kind of ball around herself, controlling the air molecules around her dome she can contract or expand the gaseous dome. The dome is highly toxic, the water chakra in it can capture the dangerous toxins in the air and the wind can compress it making it highly toxic but Hikaru had trained with poison many times and had gotten medical attentions according to the effects of the poison making her self immune.
~Wind element:Slashing gales
A simple jutsu which allows the user to create gales in the air through the air molecules and stretching them to a length in their liking. One slash of it can cut cleanly through anything except for metal but when water chakra mixed in it, cutting through steel can be possible by rusting it.
~Wind element: Tornado strike
This jutsu is also very simple. Hikaru controls the air molecules around her and transforming them into sharp projectiles in a second, when launched the projectiles can attack silently from anywhere since they are made from air.
~Ice style:Heavenly strikes
This jutsu is a Taijutsu style attack, Hikaru channels her Ice chakra around her body and attacks the opponent silently and swiftly. The freezing swan can fight in many styles but she prefers Shaolin to be more suitable. When her attacks hits, the opponent can freeze since the hits are more landed on tenketsu spots, even if they miss the freezing swan can stretch her Ice chakra to be more swift and accurate.
~Ice style: Encasing crystals
This is a Ninjutsu type attack. When making the needed hand signs, Hikaru first touches the ground as many sharp pillars of ice shoot out from under the opponents feet. This techniques needs concentration and focus to make the pillars stable and make them able to follow the enemy.
~Doujutsu technique: Snowy eye
The eyes of the Hikaru becomes pure white as if there was an avalanche attack in them. When taping into Snowy eye, every senses of Hikaru grows to their very best. The girl can hear up to a mile, can see the heat of any living thing up to half a mile but elder clan members can see more furthermore they can focus into anything and use the air molecules around them through free will then freezing any thing. The girl can even feel the air currents around them thus, evading any attack easily but if it is used regularly, the power of the girl would begin to drain....that is why the clan member uses this technique once a month.

Biography: Hikaru Setsuko is born in the respectable village of Kirigakure no Sato. The village where it rains eternally and is always foggy despite those qualities the girl has grown up rather comfortably and proudly in that village. Setsuko was born to a family of skilled Ice manipulators and sword fighters; this family was well respected and was named as Icicle blades. Their specialty was to pass down Katanas which had an animal spirit similar to the user, some were wolves or dragons but the rarest was the spirit of the Icy swan. The user of that blade can communicate with birds as well as their summoning and can control the air molecules in air and bend them merely by will creating ice projectiles or simply cooling the temperature. Each member can also forge with their spirits to a form known as Purity form, this technique can make the member's eyes and hair change pure white and gain the energy or the chakra of their spirits when needed but this if used for a long period of time the user can even be frozen from the inside out.
Every born member has a slim built and is extremely flexible for the fact of doing stunts which requires extreme flexibility, each member also has the appearance on looking like ghosts. Icy blue hair and eyes, the women in the clan are the most graceful and beautiful as they look like angels more then ghosts said by every outsider. Every member also has a birthmark on their body part which can determine what kind of spirit they would have in their swords. If there is a mark of a snow flake then the member would have a Dragon because it could breathe out snow flake like molecules, if the member has a paw then it would be a wolf e.t.c and what Setsuko had was a mark of a crescent. This gave a shock and an emotion of excitement to the elders and the members, the crescent was a birthmark for the members who were the most noblest to receive the legendary blade called Masshiro na hakuchō or the Pure White Swan blade. This blade had the Icy swan spirit quoted as the strongest of the chain in the Katana spirits.
The blade was forged by special white metal and has a long white ribbon on the starting of the hilt, its shape is rather slim and elegant but despite its fragile looking white body it is capable of disintegrating swords or any projectile bigger then it. It could slash through anything like butter and it has the ability to absorb the sweat or charka of its user and throw Ice energy in any form possible. Due to that ability, the spirit inside the sword can determine who its master is since it has been with them till birth, the blade can never be in the hands of another if been touched it would encase the stranger in pure ice to protect itself. The spirit inside can communicate with the user by telekinesis or when sleeping can come in dreams. If the sword and user are apart from each other, the spirit can throw ice molecules in the air; the user can track those currents out and find their blade easily.
In the age of five, Hikaru began to train in the ways of a sword master. Every child either boy or girl is first trained in the basics of sword handling and when learned they are sent to school. In school, Hikaru gained a lot of reputation from her classmates mostly boys, many have turned their heads when feeling the cool aura of this girl also because she has never left her blade alone, the girl would always travel with it. Till birth the swan spirit had cared for the girl and never left her side thus, they were a sturdy fighting duo the blade and the girl. This gave her the title as the freezing swan. When ten years old, she began to practice other fighting forms as well such as Ninjutsu, Taijutsu and Genjutsu. Many gennins would hold grudge against the hallucination class but Hikaru studied about it honestly and proudly finding the methods to control minds very interesting.
Her life has been very easy and without any drama until the clan grown jealous of her having the legendary blade which their first leader had. They began to look down upon her and ignore her pure presence only her parents would refuse to turn against her for that reason they were exiled. Hikaru was shocked to experience this, the clan just exiled the most skilled members of the clan. Despite those conditions, the family began to serve loyally under the Mizukage and lived rather happily once again….
