This is one of the most popular restaurants within TakiGakure. It is neither fancy nor casual. People come for dates, a quick meal, or just to hang with a friend, anything you can think of. They have all kinds of foot, ranging form ramen to sushi and back again. Behind the restaurant is a small waterfall, that gives the restaurant its name. The rushing water sound comes from the waterfall. People who love the sound of the water can sit close to the waterfall and people who do not can sit as far as possible.
