My dog is getting older and older each day, he has a very hard time getting up...He is almost 12 years old....yeah...
Anyways, his nails are super long, where it is to the point that I think is hurting him...we were going to take him in and get it taken care of, but they said he had to have all his shots in order to trim his nails because they would have to give him medicine to knock him out so he wouldn't bite...unfortunately my parents won't take him to get his shots...too expensive...*sigh* I wish they would though every time he walks, his nails push up into him....I'm afraid we can't even cut them ourselves, he doesn't like his feet touched as it is, and he tries to bite us...
But even though he has problems getting up, he still has fun running around and playing with me! That's good right? I love him so much, I don't think I could bare seeing him in pain!
