Konohagakure (木ノ葉隠れの里, Konohagakure no Sato; Literally meaning "Village Hidden Among Tree Leaves"; also known as "Village Hidden in the Leaves" or "Hidden Leaf Village") is the Hidden Village of the Land of Fire. As one of the five Great Ninja Villages, Konohagakure has a Kage as its leader known as the Hokage. There have been five Hokage, the most recent being Tsunade.

On a mountain overlooking the village from the north exists the Hokage Monument. Although Konoha, much like the country in which it resides, has been relatively peaceful since the end of the Third Great Shinobi World War, it remains one of the most powerful villages in existence, and has great military power and influence.

Mikazuki

"They don't appear to be up to anything shady... but I doubt assuming that after just walking around in the forest would be a good idea..."

The voice of a man came from deep within the forest, high up in the trees. His image revealed itself when he dropped from the high altitude. He landed on both feet, looking around with somewhat of a smirk on his face. These leaf ninja were apparently dropping the ball on the security thing, so he was easily able to infiltrate the village without causing any sort of alarm. Even if he did manage to catch some attention, dispatching them wouldn't be anything more than an aerobic workout. The man's headband bared the symbol of the hidden cloud, so it was safe to assume that he was some sort of spy. After spotting a clearing with a building off in the distance, Mikazuki paced forwards. At this point, concealment was the least of the shinobi's worries. The security had failed from the moment that he was able to enter the village. If he wanted, Mikazuki could cause all sorts of mayhem, but that wasn't exactly in the nature of his mission.

After realizing that the general population was just on the other side of a wall, the man performed a series of hand signs. At that point, his appearance completely changed after being completely engulfed by a cloud of smoke. After a poof noise, it was revealed that the cloud ninja had taken on the form of a generic looking leaf ninja. He would then walk out onto the street with his hands placed casually in both pockets. He would walk by various shops, nodding and exchanging pleasantries with commoners. He had yet to spot another ninja. Everything seemed pretty normal on the streets, so he slipped into a back alley where he would release the transformation jutsu. Making sure that no one spotted him, Mikazuki hopped back over that wall. This wall must have stretched the entire length of that road seeing as it was directly behind the shops. There were trash cans and other debris there.

He was now back in the forest area with a notepad. It was time to start recording the things he saw. Since there weren't any guards around, or anything of that nature, he took a comfortable spot under a tree with plenty of shade

User ImageToday would be one the supreme days for Zui because this would be the day of the week that he learned to activate his clan’s bloodline trait or so he thought. Now what had his father explained to him about it? He had to reflect back for a minute and thinking required a lot of psychological vocation. Something that this part of Zui didn’t really do too well.

” What did Poppa say?.......I don’t remember!”

Zui thought with a confident beam and not watching where he was on foot, he found himself bumping into a woman. He even managed to knock over all of her bags. This was not a way to start his day. He immediately got up and apologized at least thirty times in a row. The woman was barmy at first but after seeing the look of sorrow on Zui’s face, she felt bad for him. When she went down to select her stuff that had met the floor of mother earth, he grasped her hand gently and told her no.

” No miss, Zui has money, so he will buy you more groceries.”

Before she could say anything he snatched the list from her hand and was off. She stood there appalled by what just happened and was about to make her way home after the five minute wait. In the clearing though, there he was running back with far more groceries than she had.

”Zui, I don’t remember having that many groceries.” It made her chuckle actually. This white haired kid before her was overly kind at her. When she listened to his pretext as to why he had extra bags, she couldn’t help but burst out laughing with an ‘awwww’ following it. He had bought her double the groceries because he had ruined her first ones? She had even made a protest that she would carry them home but he refused stating that physical strength wasn’t that important but it was a crucial part in his training. She was flattered such a young kid was being so fastidious to her. So when Zui walked her to her place where she resided at, she thanked him and patted his soft sallow hair.” You know, your going to make some woman very happy one day. Let me know when you have a girlfriend. I would love to meet her.” Zui blushed closing his eyes and gave off a cheesy cheek to cheek grin.

” Oh Zui has a girlfriend; she just doesn’t know it yet! But, Zui promises to bring her by so you can congregate with her. Now have a nice day!”

She didn’t have time to say anything because he was off running. Hi favorite spot was the forest to train because it was secluded. After this, he would find Nee-chan, (Shiroi) or even Utau-chan! That was certainly a must in his books. Deciding that the back streets would be better, he made a quick cut to the left and came to the back area known as the alleyways. He stopped when he noticed someone in the alley and he was about to wave and acknowledge himself to them but, the transformation justu came into play. Zui stopped and blinked, and he saw an unfamiliar headband. What were they doing in Zui’s village? Well, he would go find out! Zui hopped over the gate and landed softly and that would have been the perfect way for a ninja to approach however, his loud mouth followed after it.

” Zui gives you credit for sneaking in but you have no idea who I am! I am the silver hawk! What, you never heard of that title? Well that’s because I haven’t truly awakened yet but you can address me as Zui, Konoha’s silver blanket! What are you doing in our village unannounced?”

Did it ever occur that Zui referred to himself in the third person………….?

Mikazuki

The situation was so comfortable, Mikazuki started to nod off a little bit. That was before his head bashed into the tree behind him, shaking the leaves to the point of water sliding off of them. Drops of water fell from multiple leaves, so he had pretty much soaked himself with water. Not only was his hair drenched, but the notes he had began taking were now reduced to a wet cluster of ********. Out of frustration, he balled up the paper and tossed it aimlessly into the open. After fouling out that relaxing moment, he stood and began ringing out his hair.

It was at that moment that the voice of another interrupted what he was doing, drawing his attention to just behind him. His first thought was to reach into a holster and yank out some shuriken, but the words that came from whoever that person was were, to say the least, less than threatening. He completely turned to face the guy, smiling slightly before folding both arms across his chest. This was a kid, probably a genin. "Well look what we have here, a genin." said Mikazuki. He completely ignored the little guy's speech and began to ponder on the situation. Worst case scenario, this kid runs off and alerts someone important. He put a hand on his chin, stroking it as though here were in a deep sequence of thinking.

"Ah, well it would appear that you have caught me, kiddo. I'd hat to have to kill you to keep you from ruining my mission. On the other hand, I'm supposed to do something to leave a mark here for your Kage..."

User ImageHe didn’t know who this mystifying undercover agent was yet but he would gain knowledge of whom Konoha’s silver blanket was. That meant a lot because if you consider what a blanket does, it was the perfect surname. It’s a large piece of cloth that is intended to keep the person warm, especially during the time of forty winks. In this case, Zui was that blanket to keep Konoha balmy in its time of napping or better known as its time of peace. He wasn’t some kind of thin cloth; he was the foundation that came thick and fine, like crowned heads. Zui was the cover that would keep tenderness with in Konoha. It was a title that he had come up with all by himself and only a handful accredited the name but you couldn’t imagine getting a well-liked nickname over hours of darkness. He wasn’t even searching for an alias that the rural community or others addressed him. He spoke of is what he really thought he was.

When the man decided to articulate and he found out the chivalrous rank that Zui held, he couldn’t help but acknowledge it as if the man complimented him. Did he not realize that it was rather an insult? He was looking down on Zui because of that rank. Zui smiled as if this man wasn’t a spy and spoke to him in a normal comportment.

” Yes, so you have noticed my accomplishment in the first step of becoming the greatest Ninja. I commend you for having exceptional eyes for an old man. You are one to be admired on your insight. But see, you never answered Zui’s question, what are you doing in our village?”

Some screws weren’t exactly right in Zui’s head just yet. It would have been wise for him to leave and alert others but with Zui, nothing was ever going to be that simple. He spoke of catching him and Zui tilted his head in a confusing manner? Was this a game of tag that him and his little sister played? No, it couldn’t be that because he had never touched him. Oh, this was hide and seek! Well, Zui was the master of this game. He had not lost yet because he would always pick awkward places to hide. He had even hid inside the over one day. Too bad it had gotten turned on and he stayed there until he realized Konoha’s silver blanket was being turned into a firefighter piece of comforter. The instant he heard the word kill though, that activated what had been happening lately. His other personality immediately kicked in like adrenaline filled body. You know that feeling when your about to fall off the edge of the highest mountain and you barely make it back? Yeah, that was the feeling multiplied by one hundred.

His eyes widened and in a heartbeat they narrowed towards the ninja. See now, the real dangers were settling in. Even if this man was only Jounin rank, Zui would have major problems with him. He had detected him on mere accident and now he saw no way out of the situation. He begin to look around to see if there were others. He saw no one but that didn’t mean he couldn’t bluff. His voice wasn’t so kind and goofy anymore either. It was serious, and calm.

” So, since we are speaking about the term death, shall we commence? Though, what makes you think I haven’t alerted others before I got here? I could previously just have been talking to you in such a goofy manner so I could get your attention. Looks like I did a pretty good job too. So go ahead, kill me. You wont make it out this forest alive though. If you leave now, you can make it before your exit is cut off. Or, would you like to kill a little genin?”

Let’s see if his bluff would work. The whole thing about this was, this was a whole different personality so whatever happened before, Zui had no control over at all. Interesting to say the least.

Now she’d been in the medical wing all day for the purpose of being taught, but as usual she was interrupted and forced to help heal those that returned to her injured. Her bandana hung loosely around her neck with the Konaha symbol on it. A yawn passed her lips, she was in truth a little tired, but she’d gotten up just in time to go out for a morning patrol. She had a team which consisted of a few genin. She saw potential in them and she knew that they would be the next jonin, when they took their exams. Backpack on her back and her pouches hidden under her clothes, she walked down the half empty streets. Though even as she continued to be the soundless person she was. She managed t find Zui, was he confronting… Shaking her head she woke up and sighed. Though she quickly reached down to her thigh and took up a Kunai. Pressing the flat of her blade underneath her long sleeves.

”Zui, Get out of here Now!”

Her voice demanded authority and if she didn’t get it, she’d kick his butt into the next year. Taking up her normal fighting stanch, she’d protect this kid, cause she knew that he wasn’t a genin. For one he was far too old. Second, she didn’t know if he was the same rank as herself or higher, which made this fight more deadly. Her face remained emotionless. Anyone or rather outsiders would always mistake her for the Hyuuga clan, but this time they would be wrong. Though she’d heard that Zui, was going about asking the guy questions. What was he doing, hoping that the enemy would come down have a cup of tea, poisoned. Shaking her head so her long hair fell behind her shoulders she could feel the urge to speak one of her jutsu’s but she knew that she had to remain vigilant. If he made the first move, she’d be able to logically think, than rushing in head first. She was so glad her medical training came into good consideration when fighting. Though unlike all medical nin, she never wears the logo.

”Stranger, do not even contemplate hurting him, rather come now. Accept you’ve been arrested and we can take you in for interrogation.”

Even as she took light steps closer, she made sure she could see him completely. Though he couldn’t see her. With a few movements she was the other side of the tree that he was sitting under. Back calmly pressed against against the bark of the tree and kept her arms folded. Kunai still hidden in the length of her sleeves. She did however let her eyes fall on Zui, Something shone in them, that could have signaled for him to go get more help. Though her purple eyes looked up and away from him as she felt the tension ease off too much. Outstretching her hand with her kunai in full view she held it at the guys throat. Her eyes now, hawk like and focused on the profile of the guy. She knew though, that she’d only be able to keep him in her reach for so long. She didn’t know the extent of his jutsu. Though learn things as they go right?

Kenji Shokubutsu

Kenji flicked a sunflower seed up into the air and caught it with his mouth. He sucked on the salty shell for a while before crushing the seed with his teeth and eating what was under the shell and finally spat out the crushed shell. Life as a Genin wasn't feeling all too different or maybe it hadn't sunk in yet, but as always he roamed through the streets of the village. He moved with no purpose or prior arrangements, he was simply enjoying the beautiful day with nothing to do.

It was then when he caught a glimpse of a familiar white head of hair in the distance. Kenji's right brow cocked upwards as he flicked another seed into his mouth. "That sure looked a lot like Zui." Kenji thought to himself as he crunched down on the seed and headed in the direction he was facing. It wouldn't take him too long to get there, but he as walking with his casual pace so it wasn't too swiftly either, but he did indeed get there and once he turned to look down the alley way he noticed on the other side was none other than Zui but with two other shinobi.

The second shinobi Kenji recognized because of her Hidden Leaf Protector, he didn't know the woman personally but often times he'd see her pace around the Hospital. His eyes then shifted to the red headed male, the stranger. Kenji walked towards the group, his hand reached around his back for a moment and then it was brought back inside his sunflower pack. Kenji continued to flick the seeds into his mouth and spit them out as he walked up from behind Zui. "I thought I saw you, Zui." He said as he gave him a half assed salute using his index and middle finger and flicking his wrist forward after bring it up to his forehead.

Kenji shifted his blue eyes to the foreigner, and inspected the mans features carefully. "Huh, now this is a rare sight." Kenji said as he spat out a whole seed from his mouth and crushed it under his sandals as he stepped forward. "Red hair, red eyes, in his mid 30's and from the Lightning Country, now I'm glad I paid attention to my parents when they tried to home school me world history." He chuckled lightly, "You are one of the Legendary Sanin aren't you?" Kenji said as he moved the pack of sunflower seeds into his pockets along with his hands.

User ImageShe could hear what seemed to be a lot of people shouting over each other or were they screams of pain? The noises blended in together that she couldn’t really tell at all, but she didn’t care either. Whatever the matter was, it did not involve her and whoever was in pain, well they better think of her in that pain. Black orbs looked through some twigs and branches of a bush to get a look at the Konoha Gate. She had seen that gate many times before and it did not surprise her to see that there were guards stationed. Most likely they were on the lookout for someone menacing and yet they couldn’t even identify her in the bushes. Her eyes narrowed and she turned her head from the gate and began to head in the opposite direction. The dirt underneath her fingernails was what she thought of this place, not even worth the effort to think about. Some twigs cracked underneath her feet, but most likely the shinobi who were looking in her direction couldn’t even see her. She blended right in, a gifted attribute she believed. Bringing her thumb up to her lips, she bit down on the nail and thought for a few moments.

The main reason she had left the Leaf Village was because it was not worthy of her and she had no desire to stay. She was more capable than anyone there and could outlast anyone who opposed her. But also she had left, because the current leader of the Onada clan had grounded her. The Onada clan was what it was called and it was her home, but she despised the place. Every fiber with in her made her an Onada, but it also made her the heir to such a clan. He had grounded her, because she did not respond to one of his questions the previous night. The old man was such a fool. Stopping in her slow walk she looked down at her fingertips and palms. These hands of hers were what exactly made her the heir and her given attributes made her one as well. She was supposed to stay in the clan until the leader passed, but she did not follow those rules as they hoped. She left and would not go back, not until they finally bowed before her like they should have in the beginning. Her black eyes took one last glance at her hands and then she was walking again. The border to Konoha was precise and she could see many areas that would be under watch. Primarily the location of where the hokage heads would be looked after. The mountainous landscape made it possible for people to sneak inside. Also the gate was always under watch, no one would go through the gates unless they were confident in their skill. Don’t get her wrong, she was confident in whom she was, but it was stupid to think of going through the gates.

Then of course were the many forests that surrounded the village that provided the perfect entryway. She would be taking that path and it would lead her right to the village inside. There was no basic reason for her to return back to the village, except of course to annoy the Onada leader even more. Stopping at the edge of the entrance to the village she looked at what was ahead. There were some shinobi training and then there were those watching them of course. It made her laugh inside how they had to try and perfect a move in what seemed to be either days or years for them. She could do what they did faster and still come out with a better result if they trained for a hundred lifetimes. Seeing the opportunity to gain entry she slipped into a small crowd that was heading into the buyer’s districts. Now she wasn’t foolish at all to make her appearance known in her once home. Instead of wearing her regular serpent’s clothing, she had gone with an outfit that spoke innocence.

She was wearing a white colored dress that went past her fingertips and was thought as adorable. The spaghetti straps hugged her shoulders and the black ribbon that went down her front was very attractive. Then of course she wore the normal wooden clogs and finished off by covering up her hair. Her hair was easily recognizable and even if she didn’t want to, she would have to cover it up. So before she entered the village she draped a brown cloak over her shoulders and placed a hood on top of her head. This made it hard for people to look at her face and also hide whatever she needed to hide. Following the group she looked up slightly from underneath her hood and looked at the faces etched into the mountain. She had heard many stories about the hokage and all of their achievements and defeats. It made her sick to think that such people were honored for their deaths. They should outlast their own pitiful lives and keep going so that no one would be able to defeat them. Narrowing her eyes in vain, she looked away from the heads and went back to looking at the market.

The supplies that were needed were quite cheap and of course she could spare some time. It would take whoever was looking for her ages to actually discover where she was, so she looked at what she could. Stopping at a stall that claimed to the sell the finest bread was her first stop. Her stomach underneath such a small frame growled and she looked at the food. To her senses it looked like ordinary bread and of course there was the chance of a bug crawling along the booth. Turning her head briskly away she went back to looking at whatever food she could find. She was more in the mood for fruit and a stand up ahead was what she was exactly looking for. So she proceeded ahead, but was interrupted by a familiar voice. Zui was in the direction of where she was looking, with a few others.

She then went back to her shopping and stopped in front of a stand that sold the food she was looking for. Picking up a green apple she starred at its skin and then looked back at the crowd that seemed to be surrounding that one shinobi. Bringing the apple up to her lips she bit into the hard skin and tasted the sour liquid of the apple as it hit her tongue. It was a satisfying taste and she looked down at the bite mark. The apple that was once perfect was now left with its skin shattered and that is exactly what she would do to anyone that got in her way. Her nails dug into the sides of the apple and then she continued to walk down the crowded streets of Konoha. When she was walking though, she dropped the core of the forbidden fruit and licked the juices off of her fingers. Looking up from underneath her hood, those black orbs of hers gazed out in hatred, seeing everyone as an inferior being. She would make everyone fall to their knees or watch their heads roll. Even if she was a Genin, she took no orders from anyone else and even the display that was around this newcomer was driving her insane. Higher ranked ninja came and were now dealing with the issue at hand. Rolling her eyes, she walked past the scene and went to her own location, to get away from everyone else.

Mikazuki

Again, Mikazuki was plagued with the troublesome task of evaluating the situation. He had to think, this was the hidden leaf village, there were bound to be more additions to the current situation before he made his departure. That hand made its way back up toward the bottom of his chin again, and he stroked. By the time he thought to look back toward the little genin, he felt the approach of another, one with a more potent chakra. This person was definitely not genin, so Mikazuki mentally prepared himself to deal with a person that was possibly going to be trouble. Up until this point that he was looking out of the corner of his eye, making sure not to reveal that he'd already recognized the approaching back up. Now that he knew something on the way, there was no way he'd be caught off guard.

It was then that the boy spoke again, stealing Mikazuki's attention for a brief moment. The shinobi's hands fell back to his sides when the boy began speaking once more. Again, he couldn't help but smirk. After all, this kid had balls for following and questioning an intruder. He had ignored the fact that the dangers might be more than he could handle. There was no way Mikazuki could murder this kid and not feel like a jerk in the morning. "I'm here to send a message, kid." said Mikazuki. His reply was short, but to the point. There wasn't any time to waste seeing as someone was about to get involved, some one who Mi assumed would take action. It was about that time. He heard the soft tone of a woman's voice. It was a pretty voice, and in his experiences, the shinobi knew not to assume that the face was as pretty as the voice. He would need to confirm this during the exchange, assuming there would even be one.

Before he knew it, a kunai was nearly being pressed against the flesh of his neck. Instinctively, the shinobi raised his head so that he didn't get slashed on the chin. Mikazuki had been caught, yet there was still somewhat of a smirk on his face. The situation was very serious, but the way Mikazuki behaved would cause one to believe that he was a novice who was in over his head. It was then that another young looking ninja walked up. From the current situation, it was safe to say that Mikazuki was at the woman's mercy. She had barked some pretty self-explanatory directions that she wanted him to follow, and he had yet to reply. Before he could, the young boy who had just approached posed a question. Much to Mikazuki's surprise, the young man knew exactly who he was. Did this guy know his name too? More than likely. "Heh, you got me. Since you figured that out, I probably shouldn't continue to fool around." It was then that Mikazuki's body went up in a puff of smoke. He had created a shadow clone of himself and retreated to a safe point.

That safe point was up in a tree where he'd look down on the leaf ninja. From that vantage point, he was able to clearly see the woman who had ambushed him. She was gorgeous... "....."... He couldn't help but think about how pretty she was, but that didn't last long. For he had a job to do. "It's too bad we're enemies on this day, leaf woman." His hands were now pressed against one another before they began moving so fast that a whipping noise could be heard, forming hand signs one after another. He then stuck his right arm out and spread all five fingers. In the center of this palm formed a vortex of spinning chakra that was nearly invisible. Things took an unexpected turn, for he balled up that fist and smashed it into his stomach. The face he made resembled someone who was about to vomit, but instead of vomit, a fierce gust of wind exited his mouth and was headed in the direction of the leaf ninja.

User ImageZui wasn’t afraid of this man but then again was he supposed to be? Konoha did not breed cowards! Besides, he was Konoha’s silver blanket! He kept this village safe so he could not just run away. Even Hisoka-sensei had told him to get out of her but he couldn’t just yet. This man had looked down upon Zui and even though he had good intentions to do so considering that he was genin. Not only had that Kenji quickly found his way to the scene as well, he didn’t seem to be afraid. Zui personality reverted back to the one that people known him for or actually called him stupid. Kenji was quick to confirm that this man was no regular genin, he was actually a Sannin?! Well, it wouldn’t be too safe fighting him but then again, Zui didn’t know the meaning of fear even though right now, it could have been a very healthy thing!

” Why you want Zui to leave? Zui can fight alongside of you and help. Zui has something new to show you anyway Hisoka-Sensei.”

From the way Zui spoke, it appeared that he wasn’t going to be leaving anytime soon. His eyes did notice a very familiar face. His eyes widened when she walked by. Maybe other didn’t notice her but he surly did. When he was about to call out her name, the Sannin spoke once more and it seemed like, he was going to gets serious. When his body went up in a poof of spoke Zui immediately started running and making hand signals as well. Where exactly were his young legs carrying him? He was being taken to where Hisoka-Sensei was. See, the only thing that came in his mind was that all medical ninja needed to be protected so they could heal the injured so he really wasn’t thinking clearly when he was about to make his move. His body did carry him there in time but, he wasn’t done his hand signs.

”Suiton………………”

Before he could finish the jutsu the gust of wind had directly slammed into him and pieces of his white garments shredded violently before a slight wince was heard and he was sent flying down the pathway of the forest. First landing could be heard with a loud thud. His body spun about a good three times before he flopped back up and like the ninja that he was he regained his balance. On the side of his face blood trickled down quickly. This was the first time he had ever sustained true injury. At least from a ninja he had not known. However surprisingly, he landed not to far away from Utau. It was clear that he was hurt but why wouldn’t you expect him to be? A Sannin jutsu versus a Genin’s jutsu was not exactly a wise decision.

However, he was quick to play it off as just a scratch. Not only that, this Sannin had decided to embarrass him in front of Utau. He took in a deep breath and he heaved hard. The foolish Zui quickly left once more and the genius had awakened. It wasn’t only that, in a fight like this, something had activated. His hair had become like soft silver feathers, and his eyes begin to glow a azure and wintry blue. He didn’t even know what it was at this point in time but, maybe it would be something that could help him.

” Well, hey there babe. Sorry you had to see me in such a state but I need a favor. You going to work with me this once? I mean unless you want me to die that is.”

Knowing Utau, it was probably something that she would have loved to watch. She had known him for being overly stupid like he had just shown trying to protect his sensei. She had never seen this side of him so maybe she would stop and offer just a bit of her time. Who knows, she may even enjoy what he has to say. His eyes continued to blink as if he was having trouble seeing though. That probably came from how hard his body had hit the ground. He would do as Hisoka-Sensei said by alerting the others but he was certainly going to do it his way. This damn Sannin’s jutsu were going to be overwhelming! Zui even knew that was one of the basic ones. Zui only knew the basics and this Sannin had shown even those could be effective. So whatever had come into play with Zui would help him do just that. Utilize things to its maximum. He was just going to need Kenji and Utau’s help for that.

Another Genin approached, she didn’t know who he was but he knew Zui, but that was beside the point. Her eyes were still on the Sannin who she now knew thanks to the small genin. Her hand gripped her Kunai tighter, but blinked when she watched the clone disappear. Though she heard him say something about them being enemies. Well duh thats a bit stating the obvious. Her teeth gritted as she looked up to pin point the voice to the red head. She took a step back a she braced herself for anything he would have thrown at her if it wasn’t for Zui, ’Stupid kid..’ She thought as she stared wide eyed and watched as he took the full front of the attack. Some of the attack cut her clothing but didn’t do any fierce damage to her body which was visible tho a slim cut crossed her face, but her skin healed pretty quickly. Her blood line was annoying. Angry at herself for letting her team mate getting injured she quickly ran up the tree. She breathed under her lips as she murmured,

”Araihada…”

Her skin would pale some in colour but not a genuine a lot. Her skin hardened as Landed on the opposing branch. She’d stay out of his range for now. At least so that she could see what else he was capable of, then again. If he shot off another wind blast. She would probably get hurt even with her rough skin activated. Pushing off the brach she was on she grabbed the one above it and swung forward with her foot. She was hoping that she’d be able to kick him some where in the torso. She wasn't an expert in fighting in trees, but she wasn’t taking any chances with a sannin. Especially from another village. More importantly where was her back up? She couldn’t rely practically on a Genin, even though they’d be a great help. Her eyes narrowed slightly as she held onto the tree harder just in case he grabbed a hold of her and blocked her attack.

”You want to play it rough ha? I can play that game!”

She spoke as her face twisted into a smirk and brought her other foot up in a second kick. Depending on the outcome of her first kick. She hoped that at least one of her feet land a blow on him. He had hurt her student, even though he didn’t need to know that she cared for him as a son, cause even with her being a med nin. Which he too didn’t need to know, which was probably why Zui had taken the front of the attack. She could see him out of the corner of her eye, he was bleeding and it was cause she’d come. She let her smirk grow wider. Well something worse would have come to him if she’d not been here so in a sense she was a curse and a life saver. Though she added with her eyes back on her target now.

”Ya know, I don’t mind fighting someone if it means that they can’t beat on people younger than themselves.”

Kenji Shokubutsu

"This must be what my father meant when he said to plan ahead." Kenji thought to himself as he slipped his hands out of his pockets and watch as the Jounin rushed at the Sannin, it was a careless move to underestimate someone of that caliber. Enough time had already passed since the moment he dropped the whole seed on the ground and stepped on it. The plant which has spread its long roots across the ground and onto the nearby plants; including the tree which the Sannin decided to hop on.

Kenji was able to tell of the Sannins presence on the tree after he made the bunshin, so preparations were already made when he decided to unleash the Fuuton jutsu towards them. Making a handseal his feet were suddenly covered by vines that held him in place as the powerful wind blew against his face. It almost felt like he was getting a shave because of how sharp the wind felt. But the extent of Kenji;s strategy did not end there. When the wind passed he examined the casualties.

Zui had somehow made it several yards behind them, but he was most likely alright with your average gashes and what not. The Jounin herself would have less of a problem fending for herself. He turned his attention away from his team mate and focused on the vines that silently crept up the tree while the Sannin was blowing the wind attack. By the time the wind passed the vines would be settled close behind.

The Med Ninja attacked first, and it was a good thing she did because that might be enough to distract the Jounins attention from him. The moment the woman attacked the vines would lash out like pit viper in an attempt to constrict him by the calfs. If all went accordingly the vines would sink the Doku plants thorns into the skin, once they do that they would begin to absorb the Sannins chakra then transferring it through the roots towards the vines around Kenji's foot. Also, if he was able to shackle the Sannin the Med Ninja might get her licks in, giving him more time to draw in chakra.

Mikazuki

After performing his wind element jutsu, the shinobi stood and watched as the leaf shinobi were sent spiraling into a disarray. It was most entertaining to see how they reacted. One of them even attempted to stand up to the raw force of the wind with no sort of protection. However, one of the younger ninja did manage to weather the blunt force. Curiosity struck Mikazuki before his hands began moving in sync with one another. By that time, he was being grasped by vines. They wrapped around his ankles and put a strangle hold on his legs, wrapping all the way up and around his knees. It was at that point that he noticed the female approaching him, performing a kick that smashed into his chest armor. Her approach was powerful, causing him to spit up saliva with traces of blood mixed in. This was obviously the result of the jutsu completed by that genin kid on the ground, the one who remained uninjured. The woman's second kick went smashing into Mikazuki's face, knocking off his headband.

Seeing as his legs were tangled in some sort of vine, Mikazuki's body was hanging limp from the branch he once stood on top of. This was a perfect offensive coordination they had going, perfectly executed and would have probably worked on anyone else. Sadly, they were all just one step behind the sannin. The energy draining effect started to suck the life chakra out of Mikazuki's body, but immediately after he grunted in pain, that irritatingly convenient poof and smoke thing happened. Perhaps they had forgotten the hand signs he made on the branch before their attack started? Regardless of if that was the case or not, the real Mikazuki was no longer hanging from that tree. He was, in fact, standing in two places. One of these forms was definitely a clone, but it was nearly impossible to tell which one. The were now standing behind the spot where the genin were.

They weren't directly behind them, about 20 feet away. The copy and the original were next to each other. The on the left lifted his hands and began to throw together quick signs as the other watched patiently. After his hand seals were complete and a sudden surge in chakra occurred, the clone dropped to a knee. "Earth Release, splitting earth force!" He smashed him palm into the ground. At first, there just a slight rumble that shook the trees. But after a couple seconds, the ground split chaotically and bulged up in certain areas. There were various holes opened in the ground that they could all fall in if they weren't careful, but that wouldn't be the only thing they would have to avoid. The other clone, moving in a manner that suggested he knew exactly what to do, performed a series of hand seals. This clone's seals were much quicker than before, perhaps this was the real Mikazuki. "Fire style, fireball jutsu!" Whatever the case, he brought his thumb and index finger up to his mouth while inhaling a very large amount of air. His stomach expanded to the point that it could possibly burst, deflating as he aimed his lips down toward a hole that the earth jutsu had created.

From his lips erupted a gorgeously color ball of flame. It was red with orange streaks scattered throughout it. It fed into the ground while he continued to push. The result of said action were blazes of fire shooting up through weak points on the ground. The sounds were frightening, and stuff was starting to get dangerous. After all, the landscape was beginning to get involved in the fight. If it lasted too much longer, things would get out of hand.
