Hey everyone! I thought I'd try my hand at starting my own role-play and this little beauty is what I came up with:
Disneyworld: More Than Meets the Eye
Everyone who has ever visited Walt Disney World thinks they know everything about the original theme park...but the truth is, they don't know at all. After the park shuts down for the night, most of the cast members head home. Tired, unaware that a select few stay back where the real magic is just beginning...

I got this idea from Eternal Kiss's RP, Disneyland: After Hours. I just loved it and HAD to make an RP about my favorite Disney Park, Disneyworld.
Synopsis:
As previously stated, "A select few" refers to those cast members who are intune with the inner workings and 'soul', if you will, of the entire park. These members are called the Elites, each selected by Mickey and the great creator, Walt Disney to tend to the characters as they arise from their day-long slumber.
Setting:
The setting is just after the Elites are chosen by Walt and the Elite Supervisors (Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, and Goofy) and they are being assigned certain themes and what section of Disneyworld suits them the most. For example, "So-and-so will be a future maiden in Tomorrowland." They will then get to choose a character or characters to be guardians of (To make sure they don't get into trouble and co-exist peacefully.)

Rules:
All participants have a maximum of 3 characters that they can watch over in the park. The total amount of people you can play (including your Elite alter-ego) is 4.
The language will be kept PG-13.
Here are all the areas in the park that you can find characters in:
-Magic Kingdom
-Adventureland
-Frontierland
-Fantasyland
-Liberty Square
-Tomorrowland
-Hollywood Studios
-Animal Kingdom
-Pixar Block Party
Here's a twist, however:
If there is a character that you wish to play who does not exist in Disneyworld, you may request them and if accepted, they will arrive in the Hub (the center of Magic Kingdom and Main Street.)

this sounds like fun, almost like the book series that Ridley Pearson wrote!

Description: Mary-Anne has been a passionate swimmer since she was young, so it is only fitting that she look after the Little Mermaid characters! at first, she worked in EPCOT, but switched to The Magic Kingdom when she found that there was a position open (she also enjoys working with little kids.)
I don't quite understand the concept of "elites," could you enlighten me please? I think I did it correctly...

Thank you for coming on board! To answer your question, Elites are the hand-picked "disciples", if you will, of Walt. They watch over the park after hours and make sure that the characters they are in charge of don't get into trouble. (i.e. Fighting, all-out laser battles, magical duels, falling off a ride, etc.) Elite supervisors are Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, and Goofy. For example, Goofy watched over the Elites in Frontierland, and Mickey watches over the Elites in Magic Kingdom.

(Here, I'll lead the way with some dialogue smile
Kira was running as fast as her legs could carry her as she glanced at her watch, panting heavily.
"I can't believe I'm going to be late to the Assigning. I just hope that Mr. Disney can forgive me." she said, making her way through Adventureland, Main Street glowing brightly in the distance. On her way to Cinderella's castle, she blew past Genie and Aladdin, who had just awoken from their daytime slumber, having been inanimate characters for several hours. She had time only to call back, "No time to talk, I've got to get to Main Street! See you guys there!"
Finally, after what seemed like forever, Kira arrived smack dab in the middle of Main Street, the statue of Walt Disney and Mickey holding hands behind her. Sitting down to catch her breath, she was met by a certain toy cowboy with a familiar vinyl hat.

"Why hello there, little lady," Woody said, tipping his hat towards her in the typical cowboy fashion. Kira grinned and hugged him.
"Hi, Sheriff," she replied, still a little out of breath.
"You excited about the Assigning?" he asked, kneeling down next to her.
"Am I ever. Of course, I know that I'll get to watch over you and Jessie. I mean, you two've been my best friends since I started working at Frontierland." Kira exclaimed, sighing. "Hmm..."
"What's this 'Hmm'? What are you thinkin' about?" Woody asked.
"Oh, nothing. I was just thinking that it would be nice to have at least one more character to watch over like you, but there just isn't any chance that there'll be any more."
Woody frowned and placed a hand on her shoulder. "Kira, I know how hard and how long you've pleaded with the owners to add him to our cast, but you know that he doesn't have as good of a reputation to be a member."
"I know, Woody. I can't help but to get my hopes up every now and then." Kira finished, smiling.

The end-of-day fireworks were now over, and Mary-Anne had some work to do. As guardian over the mermaid section of Fantasyland, it was her responsibility to cart Triton and Ursula to the Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse statue. Triton was fine with being "carted over," but not Ursula. as she was put into her magical orb of water (Disney's idea,) she would scream about how much she hated humans and mermaids alike.
I shall have my revenge! Wait and see, pathetic human!
Yeah yeah yeah, thought Mary-Anne tiredly. What I wouldn't give for a coffee right about now... Using the... well she wasn't sure what it was, but she got it when she started working here... in any case, she pushed both watery orbs along the darkened streets, lit up every few feet by old-fashioned lamps (in the Morroco area of EPCOT, they were lit by genie lamps!) However, it only worked on the mermaid carriers, not on anything else. Strange...
Mary-Anne finally reached the statue, sitting down and panting for breath. It was a long walk from the mermaids to the statue, and her power wasn't too developed yet, therefore using up a lot of her energy. Princess Ariel and Prince Eric had already arrived, and so Mary-Anne bowed while sitting. As soon as she saw the couple, Ursula began screaming and thrashing with rage.
He killed me, and she helped! How dare they be here, I have a good mind to --
SILENCE! boomed Triton. Sister, you will hold your tongue while in their presence!
You shall not tell me what to do, you pompous --
Both of you shut up! Mary-Anne exclaimed. If Mr. Disney finds out that you haven't solved your conflicts yet, he'll be extremely disappointed in the both of you!
More characters arrived. Cinderella attempted to squeeze out of her now-pumpkin carriage (it was well past midnight,) Aladdin and Jasmine attempted to free Carpet from being snagged on Disney's hand, but others got there just fine. Ariel and Eric sat giggling together on one side of the statue, and Triton and Ursula were glowering at each other in silence, so Mary-Anne decided to go see who came that night. Looks like some Pixar guys decided to show up. Hey, who's that new girl? She seems to know Woody already...
I know, Woody. I can't help but to get my hopes up every now and then.
Mary-Anne came out of the crowd to introduce herself. Hello, I'm Mary-Anne. I'm the Elite for people from The Little Mermaid. And you are...?

[OOC: Speedy, just to be perfectly clear, no one has been made an Elite just yet, because they have to wait for Walt to tell them who they have to watch over. It's okay to bring characters you work with during the day with you, but you called yourself an Elite just a little bit too early. Sorry if I may have confused you.]
As Woody and Kira were sitting on the pavement, they looked around to see that other characters were arriving in the courtyard, including Aladdin and Genie, whom she had passed earlier. Jasmine was now with them, and Kira waved to her. Jasmine smiled and returned the wave, then went to stand with Aladdin. Kira had not noticed the young girl that walked up to her, toting King Triton and Ursula in giant, water filled orbs behind her. She greeted Kira and Kira quickly stood up, dusting herself off.
"Hello, Mary-Anne. I'm Kira. I work in Frontierland during the day," she replied, smiling. "So, you work in Fantasyland, I take it? Seeing as how you have King Triton with you." she finished, purposely ignoring Ursula's rant. She turned to face King Triton and bowed with a flourish. "It's a pleasure to see you here, Your Majesty."

((Thank you. This should be an interesting role-play. Now how to jump in? I think I got the perfect opening))
Mickey wakes up with a fright, jumping a little. He had a nightmare where he was battling all the Disney Villains and almost lost. Quickly he looks up to see where his hand was, noticing that walt has not waken up yet, he quickly moves his hand out of walt's. He slips off with a broom in hand and a magic hat.
Walking down the streets he realized that he was free to do what he wanted when he wanted, he was walking down tomorrowland's main walkway, not even realizing that both Lilo and Stitch had been following him, and making faces towards him.
"BANZAI!!!!" Stitch yelled out ready to pounce on Mickey. After a few more steps he jumped in the air and started to sit on Mickey's Head. Feeling like the king of the world Stitch glances around and looks at Lilo. "It's alright, I'm cute and I'm FLUFFY"

Mickey with all the weight on his head is only able to walk a few more steps before falling down. "What the heck are you trying to do? You could have injured me. Get off me now." Mickey angrily says still sitting on the ground.
"Don't ever yell at my dog again. Got it?" Lilo says then kicks Mickey in the leg. "COme on Stitch we should go, We see we are not currently wanted." Lilo storms off.
Stitch doesn't listen and then walks up to Mickey. "Stitch....Stitch is Sorry. Stitch didn't mean to hurt you." Stitch then offers a hand to Mickey to help him up.
