Welcome to Academy XTwo years ago, in the 620 Universe, human and mutant relations seemed to be getting better on the planet Earth. That was until the horrifying events that occurred six months ago. One fateful night, after a long absence from the limelight, Magneto appeared above New York. Finally driven to insanity, he unleashed an attack on New York which killed 2.5 million innocent civilians both human and mutant. The X-Men, Fantastic Four, Avengers, and any other hero in New York City fought Magneto and his Brotherhood back and stopped them from doing any more damage. This was not the end of the conflict. SHIELD, a United Nations sanctions organization, found Magneto and his Brotherhood to be a threat. When Magneto and his team fled to the Island of Genosha, SHIELD unleashed several Sentinels with a seek and destroy order. The citizens of Genosha would not allow for their leader to be destroyed. Five million mutants died in this conflict as Genosha was scorched and left for rubble. Magneto was presumed dead. Despite Magneto being presumed dead, the human vs. mutant conflict was escalated to the highest peak. Mutants were hunted. Children were cornered. It was time for the X-Men to act. For many years, the Xavier Institute served as a home and school for children and teenagers who desired to learn about their abilities and train to be X-Men. No longer. To look impartial, Charles Xavier stepped down as head master of his school and appointed two opposing mutants as headmasters: Scott Summers and Emma Frost. The Xavier Institute (or "Academy X" as newer students call it) is now open to all students as a safe house. Even if students don't want to become X-Men or even if they did not share the Xavier view, the Xavier Institute would protect and teach each student equally. "Academy X" is now open to everyone. Over time, those students who joined the Xavier Institute as a safe haven grew to learn their powers and skills. Some teams end up more ensnared in the danger than others. Some by chance, some on purpose. They fight on the front lines defending their lives from villains such as Sugar Man, Fitzroy, Mystique, Mr. Sinister, and the Hellfire Club, Belasco, and the Shadowking... they take their blows and stand strong. No longer are they simply students, but they are becoming something more... they were becoming X-Men. Trouble doesn't find them. They find trouble. ׺°”˜`”°º× ׺°”˜`”°º× What to do in your character's first post, if you are a brand new character, and haven't posted before:All new characters will have been a student at the Xavier Institute for six months to a year. Because they have shown exceptional skill above their peers, they will be promoted from their student team to one of the Junior X-Men teams (this was assigned to you upon application approval.) The first post of the character would have them talking to either Scott Summers or Emma Frost about their promotion. Their dorm room would also be moved to the area where the Junior X-Men students are housed. What is the difference between the Alpha and Omega teams:Technically there is no difference between each team in the school; however, the Alphas are traditionally the "good guys" who believe in Xavier's ideals. The Omegas are traditionally more rogue/bad boys and fall more into their own ideals of how things should be done. This is not always the case, though. You don't HAVE to make your character take those views when on either of those teams. Alpha wears a black uniform with blue detailing. Omega wears a black uniform with red detailing. ׺°”˜`”°º× ׺°”˜`”°º× Previous Story: Story XVI [16 & 17] - Limbo & VacationThe Alpha's and Omega's went through one of their most...Difficult trials to date. The black magic demonic sorcerer Belasco conspired with the Shadowking to merge Limbo, and Earth into one hellish and brutal dimension of chaos and fear. Belasco also wanted to create his own demonic army to rule this new world...Children of his own, hybrids, holding all the strengths of humans and demons--But without the weaknesses. He ordered the Shadowking to abduct Narcissa Lucania, the leader of the Omega's after a small skirmish in which he felt her power from across dimensions. He had gone through many other human, mutant, women-- But none had survived the conditioning. The Alpha's and Omega's, with the help of Forge traveled to Limbo with two main goals. One, the most important, to stop Belasco from destroying their home-- And two, to save the stolen Omega Leader. They fought ghostly Shades, that fed off of a persons soul, red demons that Belasco heartlessly controlled, and priestesses of his castle. The Shadowking ultimately betrayed Belasco and left the demon lord to die when facing Knoxx's squad...Many of the Junior X-Men were injured, but in the end they seemed to have prevailed... Belasco was injured gravely with his own Soul Sword, presumed dead, by a partially insane Solaris. This immediately stopped the ritual he was attempting to perform during an eclipse... His magic was all about blood, and with his, the ritual ended. It did not have the power it needed to proceed... Illyana, Magick, appeared in the very end to clean up the mess that her long time nemesis created with many of her people in tow... But first, she sent the wounded and beaten X-Men back home. Because the Academy was destroyed previously, and only mere hours had passed in Earth time while the two teams were in Limbo-- Ororo and Professor Xavier decided that the two teams, once healed, needed a vacation. The Alpha and Omega teams spent a few days on Catalina Island in California-- They had some good times, and some rather interesting experiences thanks to the courtesy of an unknown enemy. These circumstances did cut their vacation short, but most-- Are glad to be home. ׺°”˜`”°º× ׺°”˜`”°º× ...........Two Weeks After Returning From Vacation The Academy has since been repaired from the destruction of Limbo. Classes have actually been going smoothly for a week. The school is still investigating the poisoning of the Alpha & Omega teams. None of the other teams suffered any mishaps while abroad. Students that have been participating in High School courses at the Academy are completely excused from their absenteeism, and are given credit towards what they’ve missed for the work they did in saving the world. They are also offered remedial courses at their own pace to catch them up on what they have missed. Elder students may attend, or may already be attending the Warren Worthington sponsored Frontier University. It is about a half hour drive, a newly built building not far from the Institute and is open to the public. It is the first college to offer open enrollment to mutants, as well as to offer them grants.
Elder Xavier students are not REQUIRED to go to college, if they are over the age of 18. They can choose not to go at all, or to ‘take the year off’. But they do have the option to go part or full time if they think they can handle the work load, though the advisors to recommend part. The Professors are both mutants and non-mutants that are screened and tolerant of those with the X-Gene. They are also informed of when the Junior X-Men will be out for reasons beyond their control, or will be unable to attend classes due to injury—The teachers will send summaries of what the student missed via Email, and needed assignments. (All Academy Students and Junior X-Men are supplied with lap top to be used for school/recreational purposes.)
The college does offer remedial night classes to Xavier wards who have fallen behind. They can either attend the class, take it online, or follow independent study.
(A college schedule is TBA—The Academy is still our main area to RP in.)
The Xavier Institute is shiny and brand new. There is little sign of the damage that occurred from the demons. The craters in the lawn have been filled, and new sod has been placed. Everything that was destroyed looks as it did before the demons arrived to destroy it all, if not better. There are a slew of new students, and many that may or may not know each other… There are many things to do, especially shopping, as many students might have lost many of their personal effects in the attack.
Things are relatively calm, normal, especially after the strange Vacation they’d all had… Which some of the students do and do not remember clearly... What they seem to remember truly depends on the student. There isn’t much in the way of evil going on and fighting, but the students still do have training and power related classes to attend— Which they will be notified of when they are to occur.

Alpha: To the Cafeteria - Just About Lunch Time Isabella only had two classes in the morning, and then had the rest of the evening free. She took an additional class online, and another Music related course she took was independent study. Most of her courses were Music or business related, so the remedial work she was given didn’t stress her out too badly. It wouldn’t be fun to catch up on, but it would be doable. She’d stayed up too late the night prior, hanging out with some of her team members in the game room. It was newly furnished and had the best pool table Isabella had ever played on. The one they’d had before was starting to get a little worn looking from how much abuse it suffered.
It was…Strange, to see things new, but to have everything look almost the same as it did before. She’d only lost some of her clothes and personal items during the attack…But her mother had heard of the ‘Earth Quake’ (The white lie the Academy told parents that suddenly decided to visit, when they wondered why so much construction was going on.) and had started sending her box after box of clothing and jewelry.
Her mother was a good, kind woman—As far as she knew. Isabella missed her greatly. And she felt guilty, because she knew her mother felt bad that she was half way around the world and they didn’t get to see one another often. It was about one in the afternoon, and she was just closing her laptop for awhile… Her eyes were tired after staring blankly at the screen for so long. She had three short papers due soon, that just weren’t going to happen today.
The Vacation they’d had interrupted had left a lasting impression for Bella. ‘I’m never drinking again’. Her head had pounded so viciously for two days after leaving the island, she’d thought her brain was going to implode. She wasn’t sure what she blamed… The unknown enemy that drugged them, or the alcohol she’d had the night before. There was almost an entire day missing from her memory. She remembered some names, some faces…A few things here and there… But the rest is all vague and shadowy.
For some reason, Scott wouldn't look at her and Snuggie's really made her happy...
It was hard to be afraid of something she couldn’t remember… And it bothered her that the bad guy just…Fed them some happy gas and left. Didn’t bad guys usually want something?
The songstress bounced around the Junior X-Men dorm room that she shared, her head phones blasting some neo-techno song. It kept all the other sounds from not being as prevalent. It was hard to keep her attention on one thing, when she could hear some elementary school kid sneeze two wings over and three floors down.
She was wearing a soft black knit dress, that held closely to her every curve and a pair of bright red Candi pumps. There was a thick matching red belt that cinched the dress at her waist. Her nails were painted the same color. She’d gone for a casual look for classes that morning. She felt odd, because she’d only attended a few of the classes so far, and really didn’t know her classmates yet. She never really seemed to get time to.
Not all of the students at Frontier College went to the Academy, so many of the faces were new.
Her stomach grumbled, and she pulled a brush through her hair—Before pinning half of it back, leaving the rest to fall down her back in auburn waves. She left her dorm and headed to the kitchen, still wearing ear phones. Absent mindedly she marveled how…New everything looked. How wonderfully put together and perfect everything looked.
Entering the cafeteria, she smiled at some of the lunch ladies that were still putting things out. Lunch was generally served from noon till one-thirty. After that, students were on their own till dinner happened at half past six. Bella didn’t mind either way, whether she had to cook, or someone else did… She was just hungry. Spying a tray of brownie’s, the songstress grinned and fairly skipped over to the lunch line.
Bella was definitely glad to be home.

Omega: Feels good to be in a place called home.Billy was glad he could spend sometime with someone and have it not be too awkward. He hadn't been walking out on teh beach in years and he couldn't remember the last time he opened up to another kid his age. So he smiled openly and continued his conversation with Raine. It was almost like twenty questions. But that was okay, because that's how you figure a person out. At least that's how it worked for Billy. When they got down to the white cushiony part of the sandy beach, they both slipped of their footwear. Billy dug his boney toes deep into the sand and wiggled them around. It was cool but warm from the sunlight. It sent a shiver up his spine, the good kind that told you this felt nice. Raine kept to the sand, standing opposite the water having Billy walk in between. He figured it must be because of her power. He didn't know much about her or what she could do, but basic science told him that water and electricity don't make for a happy couple. Not a safe one anyway. Billy didn't mind getting wet. He was wearing shorts and the water only splashed up to his ankles. The ocean breeze was light and calm, slightly wisping his hair. "Super speed is cool. I like to be fast. I like the rush, the adrenaline pumping through you", he replied to Raine's comment on his own unique power. "The only sucky part is having a super fast metabolism to go along with it. I don't sleep and I eat twice as much as your average obese american." he said thinking that he might have revealed too much about himself. Being a "fatty" wasn't attractive by any means. But in his defense with a metabolic rate of ten body builders, Billy could pass for a highschool swimmers build though he was never on the team. Billy laughed lifting up the mood. "But hey, I can tell ya what's on all the channels at night." He kind of felt like he could relate with Raine. She can never enjoy a pool, the waves at a beach or even a gentle rain shower. And he could never enjoy the comfort of a bed at night, or even dream. Two weeks later and home at last. Billy already missed the beach, but was just as equally missing having his own room. Two suitcases were sitting on his bed and everything was neatly arranged. All that was left was to through a pile of clean clothes in the corner and it'd be like home. For the first couple weeks it smelled like a fresh cleaning chemical after the maid had left a hotel room. Now Billy craved a mint chocolate. A couple twenty dozen or so. Massaging his tummy, it roared more sustinance. Billy threw his head back on his bed where he was lying down. He let out a little grunt of frustration. Getting up he sped to the hallway and stopped to make sure the road was clear before proceeding to break the no running in the halls rule. A second later he arrived at the kitchen. He glanced over the clock in the room; it was almost time for lunch. Zipping away and into the main eatery their lunch was just finished being prepared. "Oh. Hi Bella," Billy said with a smile. She waltzed away to grab a brownie. He giggled. "Don't mind if I do." he said grabbing a plump chocolate delight.

♦♠♦ ⌠Ω+M+ε+G+α⌡- Back to 'Normality' as if we know what that means ♠♦♠ The 'Vacation' was over, like any of them had really expected it to be uneventful, though spiders would have been his last guess on what would happen. The worst part was he remembered EVERY single minute of that horrifying break, from getting drunk and kissing Jacen to making out with Wilbur after crying about beef jerky. Needless to say he had been rather withdrawn after their return to the Academy, purposefully avoiding everyone who had been on the trip Jacen and Wilbur especially. Whether it involved artfully dodging of cowardly sprints in the opposite direction he had basically managed to avoid any awkward confrontations. Currently he had taken to hiding out in a particularly dense tree, where you practically had to know where he was in advance to be able to notice him. Whether Lunch time or any free time, hiding spots like these had become invaluable since his room number wasn't anywhere near a secret. With all the repairs to the grounds there was plenty of new greenery to hide in if you had the inclination to, and while some of the newer Student Teams may not like to get all messy, a little dirt on your pants ain't nothing after being through Limbo. Still it was nice to see the school back to it's old self, luckily his room hadn't been too damaged by the attack so he didn't have to toss any of his belongings, speaking of belongings his iPod sat in the upper pocket of his oh so asymmetrical hoodie that he hadn't worn since his second week at the academy. He took a bite into a crisp green apple that he had yanked from the kitchen before anyone could come in and talk to him. He preferred green apples for their sour flavor and the fact that the skin didn't leave a bad taste in his mouth like with red apples. Sure an apple wasn't the best fruit to eat while hiding but what were the odds of anyone coming near this particular tree.

Alpha - Forever so Humble There's No Place Like Home
Two weeks later Jack wasn't a Jolly giant though being the approximate of home, was a relief. He was kicked out of a bed shared and avoided up till this point by Kerrigan who seemed to have a toggle switch for him between love and hate, and currently flipped towards hate. She said a bunch of things to just get him out of the room, and he for the most part was just confused. It went so far that he recieved the omega leaders "Death Glare" to stay away. Which worked for the most part when the two were together. But Since the redhead had a super athletic body and the blonde hated sweaty smelly people places like the gym or track offered some room to try. He did, sometime he didn't sometimes she'd just pretend he didn't exist or that nothing happened and walked away. It wasn't cool.
He functioned well enough, and didn't seem distracted, but the world is cursed with those who have intuition and one fine team simulation today, one of those offered to be a muse. Raine from where Jack was towering, was a good person, they didn't really talk or hang out but then again it seemed to be Jack's way. He was best buddies with Christian bu the two never seemed to be in the same place at all. Well the invite to lunch sounded good. Walking towards the respective shower and locker rooms they walked down towards the elevator abit and she managed to draw out of him that something was wrong.
Jack was naturally honest, so for the likes of Raine to get something out of him wasn't much effort on her part. He related how the Vacation really didn't change his feeling, they were there, and the fact that they were drugged didn't really change it. He woke up next morning still in a loving good mood. And since they were told about being drugged Kerrigan seemed to take it as just that, that the drug manipulated everything.
Stepping out onto the right floor he and Raine walked close together, mainly because walking side by side with him in a crowded highway made it necissary. Into the Lunch room he fell behind her for the lunch line and took his usual double servings. When he followed her to a table, he was half expecting for a number of other people to walk in and sit with them. It wouldn't surprise him.

Alpha - Academy Cafeteria - Helping A Friend in Need Raine had enjoyed her time getting to know Billy better. They had started out on a bit of a rough patch, but she was quickly seeing that he wasn't as bad as she originally thought. They actually had some things in common, and even though he was an Omega, and as such probably wouldn't be allowed to converse with her very long after be met Cissa, she relished the opportunity to get to know him better. After this, it would be just that much harder to spend time with him like this. After awhile, they turned back, saying good night as Raine slipped into the room she shared with Sophia. The next thing she knew, the students were being awoken to go home. Her head was splitting, the damage done to the condo causing her eyes to widen as she packed her things up and prepared to go back to the Academy. Had they done all of this? The events of the previous day seemed a blur, Raine not even having alcohol to blame for what seemed like a classic black out. Had they been attacked or something? The brunette was quick to take Sophia, making sure that the girl was getting packed to go home as well. Try as she might, she couldn't really remember anything - that was not like Raine at all. Apparently she had made waffles the day before - there were smashed plates of them all over the floor. By the time they were back at the Academy, she was glad that things would soon return to some sense of normalcy. She sat with Christian, Sophia and Jack on the plane ride back, the group not really talking very much. It seemed they all had headaches the size of a mountain in their brain - Raine knew that she wasn't the chattiest... Two weeks later, things had become pretty routine again. Classes were going well, she was already caught up with her remedial work, and the various committees and clubs she was a part of were starting to plan their next semesters worth of events. It was a time when she could focus on getting her life back together, and spending time with friends, both new and old. It was after a training session with her friends that she finally managed to get the giant alone, questioning why he had been so down lately. The bigger Alpha explained everything he had been through while they were at the Condo. When he started talking about all the time he spent with the Omega, Kerrigan, her eyes widened slightly, silently wondering why he could remember so much from the day she couldn't. Of course, if she had ended up sleeping with someone, she might have remembered more too. It all seemed to make sense now that she thought about it, her steps falling closer to her friend as they made their way down the hallways to the Cafeteria for some lunch. She sent a message to Christian, Billy and Sophia to come join them if they wanted, her hand falling on Jack's arm as they walked in a sort of reassuring gesture. " Don't worry, we'll find some way to corner her and understand what is going on. I think she might just be freaked out about the whole 'drugged' thing. I mean…that is kind of a big deal," she explained, trying to look at it from a girl's point of view. The two entered the Cafeteria, seeing others already starting to gather for lunch. Bella and Billy were there already, Raine giving them a bright smile as she made her way towards the line behind Jack. " Hey, guys. Save one of those brownies for me," she mused to Billy in particular, the firefly asking if he would be joining them for lunch as well. She hoped so - it was nice to get to know others from the Omegas, even if their leader wouldn't like her for it. Tossing her curls over her shoulder, she wore a strapless yellow dress and brown pumps, a brown belt wrapped around her waist to bring it all together. Her hands found a salad, a packet of italian dressing, a bottle of water and a brownie before she made her way to the table with Jack in tow. Taking a seat next to him, she put the dressing on her salad, looking up to see Kerrigan entering the cafeteria as well. She felt the girl's green eyes drawn to where she was sitting with Jack, the brunette smiling up at him before leaning her head over onto his arm. " Jack, are you still going to show me some of those wrestling moves after class today?" Her gaze towards him should have said everything he needed to know - there was no better way to see if the redhead was still into him than trying to make her jealous, and if anyone could lay it on thick, it was Raine.

Alpha Playboy: Vacation number 2? It has been two weeks since vacation has been over. Since Dimitri wasn't around before vacation, he didn't notice any spectacular changes to the academy. He wasn't aware of the demon attacks or the transportation of dimensions. Dimitri just noticed that they added a few things or some things looked better than they did before he left for his vacation. Since coming back, he felt displeased...angry... Maybe if he was more aware of his situations and his environment could he have gone a different route. He wasn't sure what happened that caused him to act that way at the beach(or maybe he just forgot like the other events that happened at the beach). All he could clearly remember was him seconds away from harming Raine with his powers. This only encouraged Dimitri to follow his code, his rule even more and to take a few classes that would help him against this; because events like what happened at the beach were only going to happen once.
It didn't even matter if Raine was able to avoid it without harm send a projectile to clash with it, or even absorb it; after all Dimtiri only saw a small taste of her powers. He broke his number one rule and he was not even aware of it. As if he was being some puppet dancing around with strings for someone's enjoyment. Only Dimitri was determined to find out who was responsible for this and instead of play with their strings, he would cut them.
At nights it was like he had a v.i.p ticket to relive the few weeks after Hawaii. Dimitri kept having dreams of himself unleashing his powers against his best friend over and over again, only to switch off to him unleashing his powers against his teammates, his peers. Even one dream where after all of these years, he finally found his sister, standing beside Warp. He would run with tears barely holding their ground before they would drop from his gorgeous eyes and give her the best hug a brother could give a sister....only for her to scream in pain as he body was incinerating, melting, only leaving a big blob of lava in front of him. He would scream out his sister's name but that only caused him to wake up in sweat, and a high heartrate. It was good that he had his own dorm room otherwise his parnter would likely be annoyed that the playboy can't have a proper dream.
The next week the dreams begin to go away slowly but slower than his anger did. The more he thought about it the more he wanted to train, become stronger, faster, more durable. As a result, he took a few classes in the subject of mutant courses that would enable him to do so. The gym at the academy was always his home but he needed to expand. One of them was Telepath and Psionics I. Sure, the didn't involve messing with the mind first for it was in the atmosphere, but Dimitri figured perhaps if his mind was stronger, perhaps he could have been a better defense. Plus he was certain he would meet telepaths in the future that would want Dimtiri to do their dirty work for them. Taking this class was to make sure that would not happen.
Plus Emma Frost was just so damn hot and gorgeous.
The next mutant class was Telekinesis. Dimitri saw this class as another way that he can improve his mental strength. With telekinesis he could use it as more of a primary power, making him able to work with teammates. Though he mostly saw this as, like before another way to improve his mind and to help him with telepathy as well. So in a way, the two classes will help each other. Dimitri was well aware that at the end of the day, a nap had turned into a priority rather than whether he felt it or not.
Now it was lunchtime, and Dimitri was seen walking towards the cafeteria with his lunch contained in a bowl in his left hand. It contained brown rice, well done steak with delicious steak sauce and some sliced tomatoes. Made by the playboy and was certainly better than the food that was at the cafeteria. Mostly because they had better nutritional value and he knew where it came from. And one does not look as good as Dimitri by eating brownies and cupcakes on a daily basis. Entering the cafeteria, he immediately noticed Raine and thought about the attemps he made to apologize to her but haven't had the time to do so. He was thinking maybe over dinner at his place; after all he did have a dorm room all to himself and could cook up dishes that had women coming back for more.
"So when do we get another vacation?" Dimitri asked everyone jokingly as took a seat along with the rest of the crew. "I mean don't get me wrong i LOVE doing classes that take up my precious time but i think the crowd wants to see us in bikinis,flip-flops, glowsticks and party hats."

Omega: Academy Grounds to Cafeteria to ? - In Need of Support Kerrigan's feet pounded against the pavement as she ran, pushing herself harder and faster than her normal pace. She had never been happier to be back at the Academy, where the campus was big enough that she could avoid seeing certain people if she really felt like it. Right now, she really felt like it with Jack. It has been shocking enough while they were on vacation to be woken up and told they were leaving early, but to wake up next to a half naked Jack? That had been…confusing. She couldn't remember everything that had gone on during the time their teams had been drugged, but there were a few things that stood out in her memory clear as a bell. Unfortunately, one of those things happened to be sleeping with the giant Alpha. Apparently she had been a little rude to him the next morning, practically shoving him out of the door, but her head had been pounding too hard to really care. The hardest part of it all was that she was unsure how she should feel about it all - part of her was excited that the two of them had somewhat ken their "relationship" to the next level, while the other part of her was kicking herself for allowing something like that to happen. These conflicting feelings meant that she had only told one other person, Cissa, and managed to duck around the rumors that had been spreading through the school as to what really happened to the teams while they were on Catalina. Because of all the emotional baggage that had been following her around since that moment, Kerrigan had turned her normal work out routine into some sort of blockade, behind which she could escape the necessity of sorting things out. When she wasn't in class, eating, sleeping or training with the other Omegas, she was in the gym or out on the grounds, running - whichever was further from the giant Alpha. A couple of times she did run into Jack, but when she did it was the silent treatment she tended to fall back on most. She was afraid that if she spoke about what happened with him, it would only confuse her more. Did she know that she was probably going about this whole situation the wrong way? Of course. Did she really care? Not so long as it meant she could avoid him for another couple minutes. Kerrigan had never been in a situation like this before. Knowing how to deal with it was way beyond her. Chest rising and falling in rapid succession, the redhead came to rest, hands bracing themselves against her knees as she controlled her breathing. 6 miles was enough for the afternoon - she had a class this evening that she needed to start preparing for, and as much as she hated to admit it, she was getting a little hungry. Her head felt light as she made her way towards the locker room to change out of her sweat drenched clothes, then to the Cafeteria. It was difficult to keep her mind on the work she had to do for her economics class when her thoughts kept turning to Catalina, the redhead's cheeks flushed from running and hiding the blush that crept into her cheeks whenever she thought about what happened. When she entered the Cafeteria, she saw that several of the students had already started to assemble for lunch, though her eyes fell on two people in particular. Jack sat with Raine and a slue of other Alphas, one new Omega caught in the mix. Her step wavered for a moment as she considered just leaving, but the promise of food was too much for her to pass up. Grabbing a tray, she started piling food onto her plate, mostly for her, but a little for Cissa as well. Turning to find a place to sit, she saw Raine lay her head on Jack's shoulder, the giant not seeming to protest in the slightest. To her surprise, she found a knot welling in her stomach, though her expression only hardened, turning with her tray and walking out of the cafeteria without sparing a glance back. Grabbing her com from her waist, the redhead surveyed the food before her, ringing her roomie. Now, more than ever she needed Cissa's blunt advice and company. " Ciss, where are you? I'm bringing lunch."

Alphas: Fish don’t taste so great coming back up; Missing class and lunch
Hoshi shifted on the countertop as she waited impatiently for Molly to finish opening the tuna cans. a jaw cracking yawn caught her by surprise and another headache forced its self upon her. A wave of nausea made her dizzy and she threw up on the kitten sitting next to her as well as Molly’s hands. She slid off the countertop and slunk up to her room, where she proceeded to hurl all over the floor. She curled up in a miserable ball on her bed. Hoshi’s stomach rolled and protested all night long, making it hard to sleep.
TWO WEEKS LATER
Hoshi woke up with a deep yawn and stretched. She eyed the suitcases lying on the extra bed and groaned. She’d moved into her new room several days ago and still hadn’t unpacked. Rolling off the bed, she extended her wings to their full length and flapped once. With a sigh, she retracted her wings and went to shower. Once back in her room Hoshi brushed out her hair until it was mostly dry. She then spent the next half hour putting part of her hair up in elaborate braids and leaving the rest down. Glancing at the clock she swore. It was nearly noon, which meant she’d slept clear through morning classes. She grabbed her book bag and ran out into the hallway. She raced towards the stairs and spotted Emma Frost. Changing directions, she leapt over the banister, extending her wings to slow her fall.
All Hoshi remembered about vacation was eating the goldfish and biting Emma Frost. Needless to say, she’d been avoiding the omega’s adult leader like the plague. She landed gracefully on the first floor, retracted her wings and jogged down the hall to Mr. Summer’s office. He was on the phone and she waited patiently by the door. After a few moments he hung up the phone and smiled at her. “How can I help you?” he asked, keeping the desk between them. Hoshi found it a bit odd, but shrugged it off. “I overslept by a lot and missed all of my morning classes. I know we had a test in your class at least- is there any way for me to make it up?” she asked. Mr. Summers frowned at her. “I want you to go get checked out by Jean please. This is the third time since we got back from California that it has happened. I want to be sure that the virus isn’t still affecting you.” He said with a serious look. Hoshi nodded soberly and turned to go down to see Jean. “Oh, and I’ll let you make up your test but I’m taking ten percent off your grade if nothing is wrong.” He added. “Eat lunch before you see Jean, alright?”
Hoshi passed Kerri in the hallway and waved absently. Entering the cafeteria she scanned the room for her teammates, having decided on her way there to get much closer to her teammates then she currently was. She grabbed a tray and loaded up on food, then joined the Alpha’s as the new boy made a crack about taking another vacation. “As long as it doesn’t involve goldfish tanks I’m up for one.” She said, making a face then grinning. “I’m Hoshi and in all the craziness of the last few weeks I didn’t catch your name. welcome to the Alphas, if you haven’t been welcomed already.”

Alpha: Time for food. Gideon dealt with his classes easy enough he took art and language classes. He already had a great grasp on languages knowing enough in the more prominent languages of the world to get by. But after taking a few language classes at Xaviers it was something he liked to learn. And well as for the art classes everyone needs a hobby. The professors at the college even given his like others from Xavier's lack of attendance, has the aptitude for languages. He does already have Russian, French, Japanese, and Spanish under his belt. And knows enough to get by in Mandoran, Italian, and German. Though while he enjoys the classes more then anyone would probably ever expect of him to. Really only took the classes as something to do and to give him a reason to be able to stay near his Bella when she goes to campus. Gideon hasn't been idle when they returned to the school. Given his lesser need for sleep Gideon took to relearning every inch of the newly rebuilt mansion. It didn't take long to find any new secret doors, passages, hiddey holes, and such. Especially when one knew what to look for when finding said things nor having his heightened senses hurt the process either. Also during that time he made sure to familiarize himself with the scents of those new to the academy. It made life easier that way he wouldn't mistake them for an intruder during times of alert as unfamiliar scents tend to designate targets from friendliness. Over all it wasn't that harsh a change from the old mansion setup. Gideon was one of the lucky few who's room was relatively undamaged and thanks to him not having much in the first place he didn't lose much of anything. In some of the packages from Bella's mother she actually sent some clothes for Gideon. He was surprised by that getting gifts like that for no reason wasn't something he was used to. Even from Bella but she knew he had little care or need to material things and Gideon was more then satisfied just having her in his life to need gifts. Gideon was currently wearing a simple white button down shirt not tucked in. Along with that he wore a simple pair of fitted jeans and a pair of sandals only because unlike at the beach can't just be barefoot anymore. It's not what Gideon normally wore but he did out of respect for Bella's mother and appreciation for the gifts. That and even if it wasn't something that others considered a good outfit didn't matter to him. Gideon was one of the few who remembered what happened on the vacation. He remembered the spiders, his talk with Cissa before all the craziness happened and all else he experienced there. He assumes he remembers it because unlike the others the toxin was never able to get a firm hold on him for as long as the others. One minute he was under it's effects and the next he wasn't, the cycle went on over and over till it finally burned out rather then mutating once more. Making his way through the mansion Gideon walked into the cafeteria for lunch. It wasn't a surprise to see Bella and many other Alpha's and Omega's in the place already. He passed Kerrigan on his way in she like many others seemed to be bothered more by things that happened. Like how Scott seemed to stay clear of Bella so long as he could. He had his suspicions about it but seeing the head of Xaviers squirm seems punishment enough for what ever it was that happened to him. Gideon let his thoughts slip from that to his girlfriend. He knew she heard him coming down the hall if not long before that. Making his way over to the line he waited patiently to get food. He saw Bella over by the brownies quite content with her chocolate confection.

Omega - Lab to Cafe to Grounds - Life in Technicolor Madison rubbed her eyes, pushing up the goggles she'd been wearing. Latex gloves were tossed in the bin opposite her, and the laboratory smelled of formaldehyde. It was a scent she typically enjoyed, knowing that it meant dissection in one of Dr. McCoy's classes. She'd been trying to catch up in all the classes she'd missed or skipped. Beast wasn't the type to press her about it, but she never liked to fall behind. it may have been her own fault for taking so many difficult classes, but then again she needed every one of them. Today, the smell that filled the room only enhanced her headache. She'd been getting them more frequently since they'd gotten back to the mansion. Maddy had been having a psychic here or a healer there dull the pain for her, but it didn't seem to stop. Normally she only got this sort of pain when she trained to hard, but she couldn't use that as a reason-- she had hardly been training since returning to the mansion. That had been more of her decision than anything. she couldn't remember a damned thing that had happened the last day of vacation, but she'd heard enough accounts of it. She would blame it all on the drugging or whatever it was that had happened to them all, yet she wanted to stay away from Narcissa. Like... very, very far away. She'd been avoiding Forellen, in a more regretful way, and she'd been avoiding that other random girl that she couldn't recall evermeeting [ Blair]. She'd been avoiding Vallon too, for reasons that she could remember. It was back to an antisocial Madison, and she hated it. Barefooted, the girl stepped out of the lab after packing up the alien fetus she'd been dissecting [which were good for studying circulation]. the smell ofpreservative clinging to here, she made her way up in the elevator, into the kitchen where she made a slight nod to Kerrigan. Grabbing a soda out of the refridgerator, she went along to the front door, kicking it open. herfoot closed it on the way out, and she popped open the soda. The ground was cold, the air reflecting the season. She could imagine what it was like back in Boston. Some trees might already be changing colors, the cold blowing up from the water, passing all over the city. maddy yawned, took a sip of the soda, and realizing she didn't want it, left it on the front steps. The mansion surely was rebuilt, but her feet could tell the difference, at least where new dirt and grass had come to replace the craters made by... hell. Maddy continued on, arms rubbing one another for warmth. She hadn't been bothered by wearing a tank-top before what with the heating and wearing a lab coat. She had goosebumps, and was letting her feet carry her to wherever the pleased. The girl ended up at the edge of the woods, slumping against an older pine. It stlll showned scorchedbark, a singular remneant of the battle before. Leion might have been able to spy on her from where he was, but she had no knowledge of him. Her eyes closed, and her head tilted down tiredly.

Omega: Student Lounge - On the Couch Narcissa had been awake, when Emma barged into her room at the beach condo to tell them they were leaving. The sun woke her, as it always did. Thankfully she’d awoken in her room…relatively alone. There was the company of a handwritten letter on the opposite pillow. Had she been so deeply asleep that she hadn’t heard, or felt someone come in the room? Yes, and no. The letter wasn’t brief… And she read it… Not quite believing what it said. It was when Emma had walked in that she set it down for the first time. Carlos would not be coming home with them, nor would she ever see him again. The sun goddess compartmentalized. As she always did—It was the only way to get through the day, to keep going. Just to lock everything away inside, and pretend it didn’t exist. So she’d gotten up, made sure all the Omega’s were up… Packed, explained to Emma, and they’d left. *****
Two weeks later found her in the downstairs student lounge, sprawled across the entirety of one of the couches—Reading what appeared to be a Cosmo magazine… Pages had been removed, replaced with battle plans. Tactical notes and formations… Specs for weapons and uniform upgrades that would be compatible with the different Omega’s abilities. There weren’t many she could choose from, considering… Not to mention that she had never been a weapons girl. But Narcissa certainly had the will to find a way—And with Forge wrapped tightly around her little finger… It wouldn’t be too terribly difficult. Forge usually wasn’t part of her fan club. But since he’d been unable to help her in Limbo—An outsider looking in while she’d been tortured on a hanging rack, he’d been more than happy to assist her with any project. Even though he had a great dislike of making weaponry. Containment suits, defensive items… Those he was fine with. But weapons were something he didn’t like to handle. He didn’t enjoy handing out tools of mass destruction easily. So Narcissa started small, since returning from Catalina—Working on Danger Room simulation upgrades. She gave the outward illusion of being a flighty, fashion obsessed, spoiled rotten diamond heiress… Because that was generally what she wanted the world to see. Even in the Academy. Especially, in the Academy. She didn’t want them to see what was on her mind… She didn’t want her emotions on display. She was through with the Limbo part of her life, unless mentioning it could benefit her in some way. Narcissa always liked to be the one holding the aces—And nine times out of ten, she was the ace. No one would think twice to see her holding a trashy magazine… They would certainly think twice to see her holding a SMG component manual. Cissa was dressed as she usually was—Clad in a form fitting minidress. It was pale gold in color, the hem exposing quite abit of thigh—Covering just enough to be decent. The back of the dress was longer and layered, sweeping the floor elegantly when she walked, a pair of high heeled Grecian sandals on her feet, with gold ribbons that laced up her calf. Her hair was swept up in some dazzling, intricate style… It looked like it must have taken hours, but who had that much time before heading to class? Narcissa did, because she didn’t sleep. She had great practice in doing her hair silently while Kerrigan slept. Speaking of Kerrigan, she heard her voice come over the comm. Raising her wrist, she pressed the correct link on the slim gold metallic piece that served at her comm. “I’m in the student lounge--- The one across from the game room.” It amused her, when the red head thought to bring her things like food… Of course, the blond never mentioned, and usually nibbled at it without saying a word. It wasn’t like she couldn’t eat….It was simply unnecessary, unless her reserves dropped to dangerous levels. She hadn't gotten the chance to speak with Billy, Dominick, or Daylia in depth yet...And she hadn't seen Aren much. Whether he was avoiding her or not, she wasn't altogether sure. She would feel guilty, but he had given as good as he'd gotten. She couldn't feel bad for corrupting the already corrupt. Unlike half of the others—Narcissa remembered very well, her day as a drugged experiment. She remembered enough to know that if she had been in her right mind, she wouldn’t have let Kerrigan alone with that Jack boy. Not when all of their inhibitions were gone. Part of her wanted to blast him into smithereens for taking advantage of her Kerri. But she couldn’t blame one without the other in this instance… Neither one had control of themselves. She understood on Kerrigan’s end—How odd, she must be feeling. But Alpha’s….Were a special, damaged breed. To entwine oneself with them was to ensure certain failure. They were a lot of crybaby weaklings. And as much as Jack lumbered about, a wounded puppy—She grew more and more sure of these things. Alek was another prime example. They just couldn’t man up. But that seemed to be a trend with men entirely. Her expression darkened, when thoughts of Carlos came to her mind. Things hadn’t been…right, for a long time. But she hadn’t run into the arms of the first person that crossed her path, and subsequently run away. Her eyes closing a moment, she breathed outward… That was a still fresh, very open wound. It had taken all of her will power to watch Remy and Bobby box up what was left of his things and put them in the attic for storage. So she waited for Kerrigan, reading silently.

Alpha: Back home again...joy..|635|_________________ Bianca had spoken her team to Dominik at his request before sleep took her. She fell asleep sitting up and so naturally her body slumped against Dominik after a moment or two. Thankfully she didn't drool or snore or the situation would have been very uncomfortable. The next day went by in a blur as they were sent back to the school leaving Bianca confused as to what happened the day before. She remembered talking to Dominik as the drug had been out of her system by then. The rest of the day however was a complete blur. However she was able to fill in basically what had happened via the text she had sent her brother. The first thing he asked when texting her back was something along the lines of. 'What the hell happened? You fell in love? WHAT?!' Along with some other equally embarrassing things. She had hid the feeling and from the questions with a simple. 'Just kidding.'
After a day of insisting when he texted back that she was indeed just kidding he stopped asking her for the truth. Though knowing him he didn't entirely buy into that. Oh well at least he stopped asking questions. Bianca was very thankful for that and their conversations slowly returned to normal though the situation had her really embarrassed and very confused. She wasn't entirely sure what had happened to her to make her act the way she had but it was very confusing for her. Did she like other girls now? Or did she like guys? She had never really been entirely sure to be honest though she had never really been interested in anyone romantically either. Till her team leader at least those feelings had almost completely vanished. Sure there were still some lingering things and she felt heat rise to her cheeks oftentimes around the woman. Still that was normal given the situation right?
How much Bella remembered was unknown and other than the needed interactions she had avoided the woman for the time being. Well avoided everyone really. Her days were fairly busy as she kept herself busy and therefore they didn't leave much time for her to think or dwell on thoughts of the past. When talking to Dominik she had been so sure she had two friends but now she wasn't even sure if she was remembered or not. One thing was for sure. She had not been herself as what she did remember she wouldn't have done normally. Including snuggling with anyone that had a boyfriend or girlfriend. If she were in a relationship and dating the person in question then yes snuggling or cuddling or nuzzling or whatever else it was called or there was would be acceptable. However Bella was certainly taken and they were certainly not dating.
Thankfully her heart didn't continue to skip a beat when the woman spoke or anything of that nature so friendship was not out of the question. However for now the situation had her too embarrassed to even actively sneak something so simple as that. She had entered the cafeteria and got a plate of food that she probably wouldn't really touch before having a seat off by herself. Sitting there in silence she spared a short glance to the table where so many of her teammates were before looking back at her plate. There would be plenty of time for socializing and getting to know her teammates later. For now she just wanted to be alone. Resting her elbow on the table and her chin on her head she played with her food absentmindedly. As a stray hair fell into her sight she brushed it behind her ear before going back to playing with her food. Maybe she would take a bite after a few more minutes.

♦♠♦ ⌠Ω+M+ε+G+α⌡- And so the tree speaks ♠♦♠ Leion was snapped out of his own little self-hating world by a small bumping noise as someone laid against his hiding spot. Moving a few leaves it was easy to peak out from his tree and see what was going on, or who happened to be nearby. A woman, rather small (well most of them were to him) black hair in an uneven cut, and strangely enough a tank top in this chilly weather. Madison. He never really had any real conversation with her before, maybe a few words here and there but never a full conversation. Well it seemed now that they had something in common, they both did some things they regret on that 'Vacation'. While he didn't know exactly what others were up to under the influence, mainly due to the fact that he spent most of his druggy day in his room crying about food that didn't exist or eating the face of Wilbur, but stories went around whether the people they were about wanted them to or not. "Bad day or Bad Memories?" he asked just loud enough for Madison to hear from his hiding spot, not coming into view or moving. He wasn't going to risk one of the people he was avoiding seeing his favorite hiding spot. He wasn't sure if she was even paying attention, as on closer inspection she seemed to be nodding off. Well even if she didn't notice that was fine, wouldn't want anyone getting wind of his hiding spot.

Omega: Lunch time woes.Billy's lunch tray stacked up pretty full. He subconsciously always grabbed a lot to eat. He guessed it was because he was subconsciously always hungry. Two brownies, two bananas, one apple, one salad with three extra servings of chicken and two packets of honey mustard dressing, a large glass of water, and one bag of low fat baked lays potato chips. Billy felt content with todays choice of grub. He wanted to switch it up everyday so he wasn't pigging out on the same thing. He got a message from his new friend Raine to join her at lunch. He had sat at a table with some of the other kids and sometimes Raine too, but was too shy to speak up in any of their conversations. Being the new guy Billy sort of hid in the background until he felt it was safe to come out to the natives. He was early so he grabbed a seat at one of the bigger tables and waved at Raine as she walked in interlocked with Jack. "Hey!" he semi-shouted. He gave her a joking glare, bringing one of his brownies up to his mouth and took a bite. Raine and Jack came over taking their seats next to each other. She seemed intimate with him and he wondered if they were a item. Billy just smiled and gulped some of his water. He caught Karrigan out in the corner of his eye. He watched her for a moment while she picked out her lunch. Her face hardened as she looked in his general direction. He stopped chewing when he figured out that there was some jealous animosty brewing on campus. It made Billy smile like a school girl getting the latest gossip. He wondered if he should be eating with Cissa and the rest of the Omega crew. He felt it important to have comradery. But he he also felt it important to befriend the Alpha's as well.
