Demons enchant you love, pull you away to your hellish delight. Rejoice you reckless beauty, rubies adorn your pallid skin.
(By the way, feel free to critique, but I am not looking from a "Publisher's view" critique.)
So Pretty...
His black hair is blowing The wind is playing with it A sigh like a ghost And I am there
In the middle of a graveyard I feel the irony pulsing I just have to have him
Raven? He calls out So many have called me By so so many names Now, I just go with it
I smile dangerously He returns it in a flash I stride the distance between us And close the gap
He embraces me slowly I breathe him in slowly He whispers sweet nothings And I chuckle in his ear
I grasp his arms And pull him to his knees His eyes widen in terror As mine widen with pleasure
I flash my fangs and sink into his neck Blood flows easily
I am untamable And unstoppable I drop this stranger And wipe the blood off my lip
They won't find him till sunrise
My mentor swoops behind me To clean my new mess He hisses in my ear Saying how much trouble I cause
I smile a wicked smile And widen my eyes And with a reply I tell him Why I did what I did
He was just so pretty I just had to eat him...

(excerpt from a work in progress)
Wait for me before I die, and here lay me down to weep. I give to thee my breath to take, but my soul is mine to keep.

We Dance
An apocolyptic sunrise, Empty shells of life awake. Come, we must rise out of our holes, and face our judgment.
Our feet begin to move, a feral dance of desperation. Storms gather in our minds, and stones wiegh down our souls.
Still we dance.
Time becomes lost, as the skeletons of our grand city loom over our heads. First we look to the smoke, then the fire, then the ash.
Still we dance.
The strike of the lightning, searing through our flesh. Fire, burning through our hearts. Blood splatters across the skulls of our forefathers.
Still we dance.
Unclad feet striking against glass, pain engulfing our bodies. The others stop to rest, as the poisonous air seeps into our lungs.
Still I dance.

Hollow Days and Souless Nights
Blackened petals fall from buried caskets. Ruffled by an unknown breeze, and landing on your crimson lips.
You ascend once again, to your sugar coated throne, and you raise your golden scepter, but it is naught but false gold.
Pass your riens to your servent for your power is wilting. Close those emerald eyes pretty, this is the chaos you have made.
Fires burn on ebony wings, and your firey hair ignites. Whisper no words to me, for my ears are closed.
Demons enchanted you love, they pulled you away to your delight. Now rejoice you reckless beauty, for rubies adorn your pallid skin.

Woe are the nights I walk alone, And who's face I protray is my own. Woe is the man in the gutter, Who's life I just had for supper. Possibly an idea for something bigger, not quite sure...

No one will ever Know
If a tear falls in a pond, No one will ever know. No one will ever know, that someone cried today.
If blood mixes with wine, No one will ever know. No one will ever know, that someone died today.
If a footstep falls in a meadow, No one will ever know. No one will ever know, that someone ran today.
When the the tears, and the blood, and the feet all fall, No one will ever know That a loved one died, A loved one cried, and someone killed.
