Appearance: Luna has dark brown/cherry eyes and murky dark hair, which is worn in a straight and soft style with one side covering her face. Luna’s outfit consists of a single dark, and murky colored garment that extends from below her shoulders to halfway down her thighs, with a brown sash tied around her waist that resembles a belt. In addition to incorporating fishnet worn over her shoulders and legs, she also wears her headband around her wrist or sometimes around her waist. Even sometimes going so far as to use it as a strap for her giant fan.
Personality: Luna is generally overbearing, if not blunt, toward those around her, rarely afraid to speak her mind. She does have a caring side, however, and is not above showing concern for others. She seems to value peace, as she questioned the reasoning of starting a war in general. Luna has a calm way of speech but she is known to get quickly upset and spew off ignorant remarks to basically anyone. In battle she is by far a very serious person because as long as the enemy is alive, there is no room for games. She isn't boastful or battle hungry like others which seemingly makes her that more disturbing. Having such a calm attitude in the most hostile conditions isn't uncommon for such a woman who can also verbally go head on with the best of them especially under certain circumstances.
Luna is composed, receptive, analytical, and prefers not to engage in combat; she is content on silently observing both parties until the fighting reaches its conclusion, and actually fights only when she is challenged and attacked by an opponent or commanded to fight by her superior. The only exception where she will attack first is if it happens to be defending herself or others. But when she is provoked she is aggressive and atrocious keeping her tendencies and getting straight to the point of killing her adversary. No matter the situation and giving the order she will annihilate everything down to the family dog if she must but if something doesn’t seem right she quickly disobeys orders which are similar to a rebel. Her loyalty is sturdy and well-built because a traitor in her eyes is nothing more then a coward taking the better route of power. When you make your own power then you have earned her respect. Luna loves attention and will become fond and show a very seductive and loving nature of someone who gives it to her. She is a long-distance fighter. Luna is a keen analyst, and can easily deduce an opponent's strategies and weaknesses soon after a battle begins. She is known as the Wind Strategist.
Weapons: Giant Folding Fan
For actual combat, she uses her giant Giant Folding Fan (tessen) that, in addition to serving as a makeshift club, can be used to glide upon in order to intimidate her foes. Inscribed on her fan are three red circles spaced equally across its length, which she calls death stars As she opens the fan to reveal each star in sequence, the fan's power increases greatly and so does her killing potential.
Once all three stars are revealed, Luna can create slicing whirlwinds that she can guide with her chakra. Her winds allow her to attack from afar and alter the battlefield to her liking. Luna can also summon her Giant Folding Fan by using a scroll. With her expertise at chakra control she can target exactly where she wants to slice with her winds.

Biography: Luna’s family was not originally from the Oto village but they were from Konoha. They only ventured off because of the population within Konoha. It wasn’t that it wasn’t enough room but her mother and father were not comfortable around so many people and they were a family of hot weather, so they needed to go somewhere else. The Otogakure was their target. Now at first, the kage of the sound would not accept them because you just don’t walk into a village and expect to be accepted into the community. That is why Luna’s father had to show off their chakra control. His clan had no real Kekkai Genkai but they had chakra control that was on par with medical ninja’s. This could be quite the help if they were to become Nin in the Suna village.
With his display he was soon accepted into the village along with his pregnant wife. They promised Luna would be a ninja to help out and pay thanks to letting them inside the village. After nine months then their daughter who they named after the moon would be born. The instant she was able, her father begin to mold her into the ideal ninja. He looked at it for her like a game that way she would be interested in it. On the other hand, her mother was teaching her to keep up her appearance and be a lady. Luna was trained the instant she could walk and too her father’s liking, at the ripe age of seven, Luna started showing their clan’s control over chakra very well.
This pleased him and by the age of twelve, he would hold her back a little longer just so she could have more training. In her times before this, Luna got into many fights because of her wild temper and her disrespectful mouth. However, she looked at it as training for her upcoming battles as a ninja. Her father was quick to explain to her about the harsh realities of the ninja world and this is why she felt that she needed to be prepared. Everyday, all day with only stopping for the bare essentials in life such as, washing, food, sleep, and rest. Her whole entire life would be dedicated into becoming a decent ninja. This is why she was so good now. Inside the shinigami academy she would pass with flying colors and now, she was a Genin, it was time to start her days as Wind Strategist.
