Suggestion 1: An "Art Studio"/Shoppe
Suggestion 2: A Charity Forum (Sometimes I like being nice!)
Suggestion 3: A "Gaian Exchange" to sell, buy, or barter for items!
Suggestion 4: An "Auction House" (Cause those are ALWAYS FUN!)
