The Squad 10 training grounds are located roughly in the center of the complex. They consist of a large dojo for hakudo training as well as kendo and iaido practice (only shinai and sealed zanpakuto are allowed to be used inside the dojo), and a heavily reinforced, two story (technically one floor and a basement) bunker for kidou practice and sparring/shikai training.

The walls of the kidou bunker are insulated to heavily muffle the spirit pressures of those inside, so that those sparring or trying to learn higher level spells can go all out without disturbing the rest of the squad (or all of the Seireitei in the case of Kenshin and any visiting Captain-class shinigami).

Hohou training occurs in the spacious courtyard outside the dojo and bunker.
