Personality:
This little lady depends on which mood you find her in. Overall she can be fairly nice with a small motherly aspect. She doesn't have any children of her own, but from raising her nephew she has a slight mother-instinct. Most of the time she doesn't allow this to get in the way of things or her decisions. When dealing with things she often keeps it professional as to not let things affect her judgment. This can make her look cold when decisions are made or when dealing with others on a professional level. She's responsible and can be a workaholic when she feels like it.
There is a slight attitude at times that she doesn't try to hide. Honestly, she doesn't care who sees it. She shows her different moods to anyone. If she's in a bad mood, you'll see it. You could say she's a open person. In a good mood she's a fun-loving person who gets her work done, but knows how to joke and be playful.

Biography:
To be honest when she was born there was slight disappointment. Her father had wanted a boy but as fate would see it she was defiantly female. She was born in Iwagakure and raised there her entire life. Like most children at the age of five she was sent to the Academy. Unlike most who find that they aren't what her parents wanted, she didn't strive to prove herself to them. Instead, she did her best for herself and her alone. She paid attention and put in her best effort for her own future.
Soon she was placed on a team with two other genin, both were males which didn't bother her. She often thought females were too annoying and complained too much. One of them was a loud-mouth and the other was kind of.. odd. He seemed to have no motivation what-so ever and was pretty damn lazy. This didn't really bother her much but she did often keep an eye out for him. It also seemed she caught his eye since soon after the team was formed he was talking to her a lot. She would say he was just friendly, but he mostly ignored the other genin and their sensei. From her kind nature she didn't brush him off and actually took the time to get to know him.
During this time she attempted to balance her 'hanging out' with him since he was lazy, with actually paying attention and learning. She was a pretty good student and seemed like a natural for the most part. Even when her parents praised her for her good work though, she ignored it. It's not like she was trying to prove herself to them. While time went back she even tried to encourage him to put more of an effort into the work and for the most part, he did. At least when she asked.. When he wasn't lazy they creamed other teams in missions. He was pretty damn gifted.
After a while when someone would want him to do something, they'd eventually go to her instead of confronting him themselves. For the most part she'd help out if she thought it was needed, but other times rejected them. She didn't like to be used, nor did she want to abuse their relationship with just making him do things others wanted. After all he was the strongest in their class and made sense everyone wanted him to do things. Eventually she was asked out by Tendou and of course she said yes. Who knows why, but after their training together over the years she grew attached to him and developed quite a liking.
As she grew older she began to take on different tasks that were given to her. They weren't that difficult but had been given to her because of how reliable and responsible she has proved to be. Then after a while she took on harder missions and completed them in a timely manner with no complications. Years went by and she was finally proposed to by Tendou and she accepted, gaining the last name of Souji later on. It was after this that she settled down a bit and decided to stop taking missions. Of course, Tendou still did and this didn't bother her. The main reason was most likely because she secretly wanted a child.
Five years later her Sister and brother-in-law were dead, which left their son by himself. Kouseki swooped in only moments after hearing of their death and took Mugen into their homes. Tendou was supportive of the decision and the two of them decided to raise them together as their own son. It was later on in life that the Kage had passed away and it was suppose to go to her husband. Even though she was surprised he declined, she wasn't at the same time. She knew him better than anyone and he wouldn't want that sort of life. So instead, without thinking she decided to take it in his stead.
After taking the position she slightly regretted it but held up to it. It wasn't bad being the Tsuchikage and she handled responsibility well. It was just a part of her wished to travel with her husband. She has accepted it her responsibilities and sees her husband and nephew when they stop in.
