Personality: Shiki's personality is malleable to any situation. That being said, he'll often be a dream come true, or a worst nightmare. Quite frankly, his personality is that of an ambitious man who is willing to take what he needs without asking, give only to allies, a bit cutthroat, and probably doesn't give a damn. If that's what he does to his friends, what do you think he does to his enemies?

Weapons: Shiki uses a nodachi - katana combo, the nodachi being about as tall as himself with a black metal and red blade and elaborate design on it. The katana is simply a regular katana. Shiki is capable of summoning them with seals tattoo'd on his palms. When they've served their purpose, they revert back into the tattoo's.
Occupation: Samurai / Shinobi Mix
Jutsu: As a Samurai / Shinobi mixture, many jutsu he uses tend to convert into sword techniques, and he's watered jutsu into a simple method of creating varying "jutsu" using only a specific element, such as a fire sword creating a fire blast, or stabbing said sword into the ground releases a radial eruption, or a wind sword capable of creating a cutting wind, or a lightning sword capable of producing a shocking effect upon cutting, or shooting out lightning, etc. Shiki himself tends to stick to basic samurai knowledge and extend his sword with his chakra. The longest he's ever made his weapon without it being a strain on his chakra is...well...let's just say if he see's you, you're in range.
Of course, Shiki knows the basics and some genjutsu, taijutsu, and many ninjutsu, but as an above-Kage leveled combatant, it's easier to name what jutsu he doesn't know. Just because he relies on his sword doesn't mean he's useless otherwise.
Shiki is also capable of space-time movement, thus allowing things to pass through him as if he isn't there, as well as simulating the ability of flight. OR, he could just teleport to any location he's ever visited. Seeing as, through his years, he's been in every village, that much is easy. Don't let that fool you though. Shiki's god-given speed is immense, and he's capable of drawing his sword and cutting a man's head off before he even knows what happened.
Shiki also has a personal summon, a Kitsune Samurai which wields a blood-red katana and some form of black-fire technique.
Biography: Not much is known about Shiki. His past was a somewhat tragic one, mostly dealing with exile from Konohagakure, the murder of his family, and usurping of the Land of Iron, and the building of an army. Biding his time, Shiki built his armies numbers to astounding heights and still does so, waiting for the day to strike against Konoha, and just about every village that dares intervene. Ah hell, they'll get some too. Shiki will rule the world one day, and not one man or woman can stop him.
