Ok. I found a picture of a forest I want to use as the source from which I make a cert for the shop I made those fox wolves for. I'm trying to make her a new cert. Anyways.. I had been working on this one image.. I put a picture frame on it.. now, If I want to add a premade shape onto it.. a bubble in which will go the certing info most shops use.. the name, gender, etc etc... do i have to make it all one layer in order to be able to put the text on top of the premade shape? Cuz, I'm trying to do it, and the program wouldn't let me. I need help.
another question similar, but slightly unrelated is um... earlier i downloaded some brushes from some PSP sites. I put them into my brush folder... but, they aren't showing up in the menu when i open the choices for brush types... Anyone know why this is? or what I can do about it?

Also, you know how if in ms paint, you can copy an image to paste onto another without the background.. well, when i was trying that with the pets to put onto the cert I made.. he had a bunch of white fuzzy stuff... I am thinking some of this may had been some highlighting from the image itself that I didn't know went over like that. Does JASC have a way to select a whole part of an image? And, I tried the magic wand, but it only takes the lines and not the whole image with color and shading etc.
