I was gonna say read a book, but i get the same way! Once i find a new book/series, i tune out the whole world. been reading some good series lately, well, rereading. And theyre just as epic this time around! ^_^
So if not reading.... Then...... Learning to knit a scarf? Or... Puzzles! Puzzles are awesome time fillers. Word puzzles, number puzzles, picture puzzles. Theyre all fun!

Lets see. I crochet, bead, make bath salts/lip gloss/lotions/perfumes. then sell them. ;D
If you have a needle, tiny beads, and string, you can keep yourself quite busy. ;O
