Personality: Mikazuki is generally a nice guy who finds joy in helping those in need. While he can be considered a nice guy, he takes his job pretty seriously. When the time for a mission comes around, his sense of humor tends to take a backseat while his ability to lead takes over. It's rare to see him without a smile on his face, even in dire situations. He works closely with the genin of the village with an understanding approach. In fact, all of his pupils have managed to become successful ninja and praise his teachings at every given opportunity.
Despite his good nature, Mikazuki has a horrible ability to discard all emotional attachments and live up to the heartless stereotype associated with the title of a shinobi. His caring nature and ability to turn the other cheek fades away, leaving behind a violent shell that only knows how to follow through with orders. That side of him is virtually unknown to anyone other than people he has worked closely with or the people he has killed, so the inhabitants of his village only know him to be a "nice guy" with a colorfully sick sense of humor.

Aside from the typical weapons assigned to a shinobi, Mi-san carries around a katana. The hilt of the sword is black and decorated with white tape. With this sword, Mikazuki takes advantage of his nature manipulation

Jutsu:
Mikazuki's nature elements are lightening and water, but this has hardly limited his use of other types of elemental jutsu. Through his experience as a jonin class ninja, he has made finding and and mastering every jutsu in existence his personal goal. Knowing just a few or a lot isn't quite good enough to satisfy his urge, and the fact that there are others doing the same thing forces him to work harder. With that said, it's safe to assume that he's more than proficient in terms of dealing with basic jutsu.
Mikazuki's abilities aren't limited to ninjutsu, he is also more than capable of performing illusion jutsu. There isn't quite a compiled list of jutsu that he's capable of performing, but he hasn't quite mastered "every" jutsu. Often times, he relies on the use of taijutsu in order to keep from wasting chakra.
Summoning Jutsu-
Biography: Mi-san grew up in the village hidden in the clouds, entering the academy at the age of five. He was clearly a natural, having learned most of the basic jutsu through seeing and reenacting them on trees and other objects. When in the academy, it was clear that the boy was far beyond the teachings of basic techniques, so the higher-ups were forced to deal with him as though he were already a genin. At the age of six, he was technically eligible for graduation and was promoted to the level of genin by his mentors. He was teamed up with other advanced genin and thrived, completing numerous missions for the village hidden in the clouds, as well as picking up extra missions from other villages.
When the time for the chunin exams rolled around, Mikazuki was favored to pass the test. Surprisingly, he failed the test twice before eventually progressing to the ranking of chunin. It is unclear why he did poorly on the tests, but just as all hope was lost for him, he pulled through it. He was of the traditional age when he did pass, besting everyone of his competitors by a large margin. As a chunin, Mikazuki carried out difficult missions that probably should have been left to more experience chunin, perhaps even jonin. During times of war, word quickly spread of a young chunin from the village hidden in the clouds. He was menacing in battle, slaughtering other shinobi by the hundreds. During a particular mission that wasn't meant to be anything more than a simple assassination, Mikazuki found himself trapped along with two other ninja from the village hidden in the rocks.
Being that they were bitter enemies at one point, there was obviously some sort of friction, but they had a common enemy. They were then forced to work together, eventually fighting their way out of the hostile territory. After doing so, the three ninja found themselves a long way from their homes, so again, they found themselves helping, saving, and looking upon each other as valued comrades. Somewhere along the line, they genuinely became friends. Future battles and situations brought these three ninja together again, this time with them all being at the rank of jonin. As a trio, the helped one another carry out their respective missions and developed an unspoken alliance of sorts.
This same formula occurred for many years, eventually gaining Mikazuki and his two comrades the title of "the legendary sannin". It was nearly impossible to acquire allies that were trustworthy with the way that the ninja world was, but these three found that in each other. After going their separate ways, Mikazuki began teaching in the Kumogakure's ninja academy. He mentored many students who grew into exceptional shinobi. He currently still performs mission, most of the time solo, at the level of S rank. It isn't often that he leaves the village, but when he does, something serious is going down.
