What I'm like » Tendou is a bit of a perverted character...well...perverted for only one woman nowadays. He has a tendency to go overboard with jokes sometimes, but he's quite the nice and optimistic character, rarely mean or negative unless he absolutely has to be. Probably not the type of person you'd want to be a teacher or something, since he's also the lazy type and prefers to get drunk and pass out in the street than train little fools in how to be a ninja.
My life Story » Tendou was, in fact, born in Kumogakure, the Village Hidden in the Clouds. He was born to a certain clan which was slowly becoming extinct due to the fact that it's bloodline only showed up every once in awhile due to it's extraordinary properties. But, due to an argument of sorts, Tendou and his family moved to Iwagakure, the Village Hidden in the Rocks. Because of his life in Iwagakure, he was more influenced by Iwagakure nin.
Like most shinobi, Tendou was sent to the academy at five years old. There were good things and bad things about this. Tendou was a prodigy, well and capable of jutsu that his parents had taught him dealing with lightning. However, Tendou was also lazy and perverted. He was, for one reason or another, more interested in looking at girls than finishing the academy. A five year old, right? Ridiculous. Anyway, he finally managed to get on a team. Although two of them were unimportant, Tendou was stricken by one of his squad members, named Kouseki.
At the time, Tendou only had what seemed like a kid crush on the blond. As the time passed, it evolved into something more. For him, at least. It took all the courage Tendou had to finally ask her out, and it was only a wonder she said yes. Not to mention he was happy about it, having thought over what he would have done if she said no. Probably nothing, but he has quite the imagination. By this time, Tendou was already a chuunin, so he was a bit older than the graduation age at the academy.
As a chuunin, Tendou did much greater duties than most other chuunin, taking on missions that were more or less Jounin level. It was at one point when Tendou had been trapped with two other shinobi that he found himself in the presence of enemies. As the old saying goes, the enemy of my enemy is my friend, and so Tendou had no qualms helping them out, and it seemed to work the other way around as well. Tendou and these other shinobi still hold a very valuable relationship to this day.
Tendou became a jounin at age eighteen, but his skill was still far above it. By this point, he and Kouseki had been dating for years, but Tendou wasn't sure if he was comfortable with the idea of marriage, nor did she really push it, so he didn't know if she wanted to be married either. And so, when he was 20, he decided to propose. And she said yes, which was awesome. Now married, Tendou had gone through the motions of life even up to his older years. At one point, the old Tsuchikage had died, and he was supposed to be next in line for the title since he had the skill, but he turned it down for the idea of it being boring. Quite frankly, his wife decided to take up the title, and Tendou remained a sanin. Although he still travels, he visits Iwagakure often to see his wife and usually stays for months at a time before he travels again.
These aren't toys » Tendou carries the normal assortment of weaponry a shinobi should, such as kunai and shuriken. However, Tendou also carried around a weapon rack with an assortment of katana on it, which mostly extends from his weapon collecting habit. The swords vary in color from white, black, blue, red, and another thicker katana which is silver. At the top is the thicker katana, then the longest sword, the red katana, about half a foot longer than normal, then comes the blue, the regular size of a katana, then the black, which is about the same size as the blue except a bit thinner, and the shortest white blade, about a foot smaller than the katana.

Look what I can do » Being the sannin level, Tendou is obviously a candidate for Kage, and seeing as that's the case, he's also very well and capable of many jutsu of an assortment of elements, mainly the Earth and Lightning variety, Lightning being his main element due to being born and raised in Kumogakure, and through his travels and permanent residence in Iwagakure, he has come to know a large amount of Earth jutsu. He knows jutsu without elements as well, and all of the basic jutsu they teach you in academy, but he can use them to a higher degree.
On top of that, he also has a kekkai genkai known as Raijin Ni Nara [ Become Lightning God ].
Raijin Ni Nara works by converting all chakra into electricity and vice versa. Once performed, Tendou is surrounded in a constant Raiton no Yoroi [ Lightning Release Armor ] caused by his chakra transforming into lightning. Because of the properties, Tendou's nervous system is electrically stimulated, causing his reflexes to increase to god-like levels, making it even nearly impossible for doujutsu to keep up with him. His body is pushed to the absolute limitation, thus his power and speed simulate that of the Eight Gates easily, allowing his Taijutsu to rival many of the greatest, and he can even acquire Nintaijutsu as well.
That being said, combining it with a technique such as the Body Flicker makes Tendou one of the fastest shinobi alive, even able to dodge point blank techniques. Because of the armor, Tendou's defense also increases, nullifying damage. The armor itself allows Tendou to convert any opposing lightning jutsu into chakra should it be directed at him. That being said, techniques such as Chidori, and even greater techniques such as Kirin or Limelight, are completely ineffective and only serve to empower him. Of course, water simply shorts him out and causes his Kekkai Genkai to be worthless until he dries, and as the obviously stronger element, Wind can overpower Lightning. All other elements simply weaken against the shield, but they still do damage.
The Kekkai Genkai also serves to give Tendou a greater control over Lightning Jutsu and Lightning itself, allowing him to simulate jutsu without the need for a hand seal and a minimal amount of concentration, so long as he has the chakra to sustain the jutsu. In a sense, Tendou literally becomes like a Lightning God with total control over Raiton Jutsu.
On top of all his jutsu, Tendou has a summoning contract with Honey Badgers of a variety of shapes, the smallest being of the regular size, while the largest is a bit bigger than the Nine-Tails Kyuubi itself. AND IF ANYONE STEALS THIS, THEY'RE RIDIN' MY d**k, AND THEY NEED TO GET OFF IT.
