This moderately-sized building behind the Barton Castle has two floors. The first floor holds an archive of UOC's information and databases. And on the second subterranean floor there is a high-security vault. (What is kept in there is generally unknown.) A few fire, sound and otherwise 'proofed' rooms that are located throughout the vast floor can be used for experimentation or storage of dangerous items.
