No leaders, Aid already is led by Robert Adams. Second-in-commands can be allowed but only so many.
Aid agents carry sophisticated weaponry that they refuse to share with the military. Some are puppets that are like zombies, but most are actual agents of their own free will. They have armor with odd mechanisms to allow all sorts of effects, but somehow weaponry from the other factions are effective.

Dislikes:disorder, people who say he is wrong, things that he think should be 'out of the picture'
Personality:Adams acts like he has everything all figured out, is totally confident, and acts like he knows what is right, no matter how wrong. he fully believes what he is doing, enslaving the world, is the right thing to do.
"What makes you think way of achieving peace any better than mine? Of course mine is better, I can accomplish it; you can't."
Bio:Adams is the leader of Aid, claiming to have started it, though he says its over 200 years old, and believes he has helped keep the USA running. He has influence almost everywhere. (insert the events already told here). he now is organizing his minions to keep the wheels turning for his plan.
