Victorian England... Bombay, India during British imperialism annnnd....uhm...dang. The realms are harder..very Greek mythology-ish...but add a dream-like quality to them.

The realms are harder..very Greek mythology-ish...but add a dream-like quality to them. xD That's my short answer anyway Not to mention Norse Mythology-ish, when we take the Three into account. Funny enough, wasn't it said somewhere that Aphrodite(an image of her as Venus was in the 2nd book!) might have been an ancestress to King Arthur's family and some of the most vital members of the round table? If so, how come Elizabeth Poole does not look like she came from Aphrodite's blood-lines, as opposed to Pippa Cross? neutral

I remember that series! Was really enjoyable and definately not a book I regretted reading.
I hope they dont make a movie out of it...

Javier Cross necrofade I remember that series! Was really enjoyable and definately not a book I regretted reading. I hope they dont make a movie out of it... Ready to name all the things that could go wrong with a movie? Looking at twilight I shudder at the thought of everything that will go wrong.

D: The Immortal Three that help to preserve the realms are also said to be counterparts to the three Norns of Norse Mythology, and Skuld is said to be one of the 3 Norns.
